It was definitely a beautiful weekend we just had!
I spent most of it outside, which along with nice weather means I had to mow the grass but I also played with the dog's, brought my lemur out for some fun playing in the grass, washed and polished the car for a trip this coming weekend...right now I'm just crossing my fingers that the rain that is supposed to blow through is scattered out and doesn't mess up the weekend trip I have organized for a little group of people from a car club I'm in to go cruising over south of the Gatlinburg area!

I went for a 2.5 hr ride yesterday, then sat outside and read while I listened to this birds and watch them dart around. The male cardinal was in full color and the little male hummingbird kept finding something interesting inside my garage and buzzed past my head several times. Great day!
Then I got up today and had to go to work....sigh!

I am getting so psyched about going on vacation this coming monday .me and my daughther are going to Las Vegas to celebrate her 21st birthday I can not wait!!!

Yes...a two year old ring tailed lemur. I've always seemed to be able to relate to animals better than people...lol. One way or another it seems like other than the few years that I was in the army and couldn't have a pet, I've usually had something that's been a bit on the unusual side...don't get me wrong, there's absolutely nothing wrong at all with normal dogs and cats, I have two dogs that are just mixed breed pound puppies and I wouldn't take anything in the world for them.
