No no no, not "that" kind of buddy...lol..I know the dirty minds hard at work...I am looking for a friend that would like to be my motivation and mine yours to work out and get in shape. I am a member of the YMCA in Donelson/Hermitage (Nashville Area). I hate hate hate working out alone...and even if its just walking youre more than welcome... just let me know...both guys and girls are welcomed as well!!

I am sure you will find someone to do all of that with you..
You can also join everyone here on the forums too..nice people , just kind of slow for now. I guess everyone has alot going on.

Aww thanks!!! Yeah, everyone seems really nice...which is a great thing. Its summertime..so most people are probably out enjoying the weather!!

hi sweetTn girl, dude is right, there are some nice people here.I'm enjoying the warm weather ....some what.lol Because of heat exaustion problems I can't get out as I'd like some times, but I can keep busy in side untill I can get out when it's not too hot....just have to kinda pick and choose the times. Good luck with the working out

Thanks!! Yeah the heat was extreme today..a trip to the Zoo was amazingly hot and tiring!!! And you can call me Kim :-). Im very glad to meet you both!!

Hey sweet. I like going to the one on Harding on Saturdays. Has a great bellydancing class..its fun. Zumba is too and that is on Mondays and Thursday night. Sunny is the teach then and she is great! I do a kick boxing class on Tuesday and Thursday that is tough but good. We go walking at the trail by Thompson library too. Just let me know. My friend and I motivate each other. We will motivate you too.
