I'm not really a person to slander anyone, but this is different. My divorce is going to be a definite and by my choice this time. The woman I called wife is nothing more then an abusive mother and all around bad parent. She has been convicted of child abuse and now has a felony charge for it. She has had DHS called 3 times since leaving me for neglect and another abuse charge, yet she gets the kids? She accused me of beating her and calls the cops, they saw no evidence of a fight or any marks on her. I was never arrested and charges were never filed against me for anything. Yet she gets the kids? She has her family so snowed to believing her its pethetic, they know when they came to pick her up not more then 10 minutes after the police were called and saw no evidence of a fight or marks, yet they believe her. Since leaving me she is dating and this is ok with her parents, the woman is even looking into getting married to a guy who wants a second wife. Yes you saw it right, she even asked when she would get to sleep with the husband and so on. She has been caught in lies to the police and DHS and yet she gets the kids and no body finds this odd but my family and me. I did nothing ever to the woman except support her after she beat my oldest, I made sure her and the 2 kids we have together had anything they wanted or needed, and provided for her son from a previous marriage, she spends child support on crap like tattoos and clothes for her and who knows what else. Am I just wrong in assuming this is alittle backwoods for the legal sustem to allow this? Knowing she is a convicted child abuser, and DHS on her butt for other charges, yet I get left out fighting my butt off having to pay out the ass for a lawyer just to save my 2 kids from her. DID I MENTION THE FACT SHE LEFT ME A COUPLE MOTHS AFTER MY DAUGHTER WAS BORN, AND THAT I AM NOT ALLOWED TO SEE THE KIDS BOTH UNDER 2 YEARS OLD , TRUST ME I TRIED BUT WHEN A MAN WITH A GUN AND BADGE TELLS ME I NEED TO LEAVE WHAT DO YOU DO?

Hey wild here are a couple of thoughts about your situation:
1.) You picked the wrong woman to be with and I’m sure you know that now.
2.) Documentation is the key here. Obviously word of mouth isn’t working for you so try a different tactic. Use video or audio recordings when in contact with this deranged woman.
3.) Don’t have any more kids with her.
4.) There is always the “Soprano” way of doing things. (joke)
5.) When you talk to the judge again…..tell him there is a guy in Houston that thinks this case SUCKS and that he is mad that this woman is draining the living PISS out of our legal system. Also, ask if it is possible to have her either committed or fixed…either one would make me happy

I see you've contacted a lawyer. Sounds like you need a new one.
Yes, documentation is the key word here. Pictures, video, or audio. If she puts bruises or marks on the kids, take pictures. Unexplained bruises, broken bones...get a doctors opinion ON PAPER...If you have the money, hire a private eye to keep an eye on her. Have any witnesses to any acts? Have them give notarized statements. Give her enough rope. She'll hang herself sooner or later.
