Ok, I've waited long enough. I'm going to purchase a shotgun in April. Anyone wanna go skeet shooting in the DFW?

The only shotgun I have is a 12 gauge converted for combat competition.

I never have been able to figure out how you clean a skeet. Also do you bake or pan fry them?

Pan fry. They tend to be extremely crunchy. A large dose of Emiril's Essence also helps the flavor.

By the way, Godless, the politicians made sure the season on them stays closed permanently.
