What attitude with a truck driver?? The man said he was ready for a serious relationship, hardly ever saw him, he drove over the road, and the reason he did not answer calls much or return calls once in a while was because he was getting busy with someone else!! Any more assumptions ya want to make??

O and...you should not have to go DO A BACK GROUND CHECK on EVERY man you date!!! understandable if things were getting serious and if they are to be around your child all the time...ABSOLUTELY!!! But there are people out there with a clean back ground that may still harm you or the child or both, maybe I am too trusting?? I just choose to look for the good in people and not just ASSUME that they are horrible people right off the bat.

Well, some women still hold the photography thing against me,..and thats cool. To each their own. It hasn't been a year since my divorce, so it's still rather fresh on my mind...specialy the way it happened. As you've said before,..and I've agreed with you on, I still have some "ghosts"....but they are fading daily.
I'd like to think I've always been a good man and done the right things...which is why the "ghosts" have been so strong. I mean, if being a good man gets me treated like this anyway,...why bother.
Thanks for the compliment,...I appreciate it.
So to answer your questions;
I'm single, and will be for a while, by choice.

Pale If you ever want or need a collaborator get in touch.. I have done a lot of nudes in plaster and bronze.. I find the human body to be the most beautiful thing in the world.. I have a friend who is married has been forever and he does nudes and then prints them in gum-bichromate they are beautiful and he is also a Christian as is his wife..

It is too bad that people judge on this one thing.. Smile it is also good that your taking time to heal this is perhaps the greatest thing you could do for yourself..

As for where have all the good men gone they are around you just have to be well enough to attract them.. Smile...

Palehorse.....Keep being a nice guy, and one day when the time is right for you, the love of your life will be there and will appreciate you being a good guy...TRUST ME!!! There are not many of them out there!! And I did see some of your photos a while back, and...ok, not the nude ones but some others, and they were good!! If someone does not accept that part of your life, then do not bother. Any way...it takes time to get over being hurt in relationships especially when you are married, but as time goes on, it will get easier.....hang in there!!!

Maybe you should treat any of those men like a tv show, once it's over It's over let go...And maybe your not really ready for a real relationship, you seem to have your hands full with the business and your child, maybe you should stop trying to find someone and wait until you are off the ground and then look for someone. The maybe you can give someone quality time.

Trust me...once its over with someone, its over...I have no problem letting go!!! And as I said previously in my postings...IF YOU BOTHER TO READ THEM...I have not been looking for a while now...they just seem to find me...and I mean boy do they. I have not even been on this site in a while, just in these forums trying to get opinions on if its a Texas thing, a guy thing, or whats the deal with dating now?? It used to be much easier....you did not used to have to get a freakin back ground check on someone just to go on a date with them. Things have really changed, there are so many sickos out there, and no not just men...women too. AND YES...I am getting my business off the ground, so I really do not care if I have someone in my life at the moment, I just want the pychos to STAY AWAY!!!

this is bullhockey.. all the good men died with Jesus don't you know that already if not ask your local right winged Christian village Idiot... and quit the fighting..

There are good people everywhere what is attracted to you is the sign of your health or sickness.. Work on getting healthy and a healthy person will come into your life.. IF your in between it is best not to date at all.. Which is what is seems your doing.. In the mean time it is best to try and find some positive things to say and perhaps positive things will come your way..

Now play nice everyone... Or get out of the sand box....

Barabus (rendering of Tatar barabiz (we are going) + English bus) was a winter public transport in 19th century-beginning of 20th century, probably the first public transport in Kazan, after cabs. They were operated by private carriers, that were poor Tatar commoners from surrounding villages. Typical barabus was a sledge, sheeted with sacking. Barabus was a transport of paupers, competing with cabs, horse railways and later tramway. Until 1930s, when trams were installed at the suburbs and any private enterprise was prohibited, barabuses were the only transport to connect quarters of poor mill-hands with other parts of the city.

probably Bud.. LOL....

Dear Cecil:

During the TV series I, Claudius, mentions of Jesus Christ were mostly couched in allusions to "the Nazarene." In one of the later episodes, however, he was referred to as "Joshua bar-Joseph." Was this his true natal name, and if so, how did it get transformed into Jesus? --John S., Chicago

Dear John:

"Jesus" is the Greek form of the Hebrew "Joshua" (meaning "Jehovah saves"), which is the name (roughly) The Boss went by in his heyday. Galileans during the time of Christ spoke Aramaic, but apparently they used Hebrew names for their kids the way Italian-Americans, say, might use an Italian name today.

By the time the Gospels were written in 60 AD or so, Greek had come into general use for literary purposes and "Joshua" became "Jesus." The prefix bar- means "son of" in Aramaic, so "bar-Joseph" is roughly comparable to "O'Shaughnessy," or if you really want to get basic about it, "Joe's kid Josh." But you can see where that wouldn't fly in a script.

I think his name was Bud too,..LOL!

"Barabbas" can also mean "bar abbas" "son of the Father"...meaning "Son of God". Possibly meaning that the king of the jews was crusified, while the Son of God was released,....And the world has been worshiping a false deity along side God.

Imagine it,...A demon get crusified,....comes to life days later and escapes. The true son of God is never recognized as such...and the world is at war ever since...for no good reasons.
Interesting eh?

very interesting.. And perhaps this is the reason for all the bull-hockey...

Ok the Ten Commandments... Exodus 20:2-14

I am the LORD your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of slavery; 3you shall have no other gods before me. 4You shall not make for yourself an image, whether in the form of anything that is in heaven above, or that is on the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth. 5You shall not bow down to them or worship them; for I the Lord your God am a jealous God, punishing children for the iniquity of parents, to the third and the fourth generation of those who reject me, 6but showing steadfast love to the thousandth generation of those who love me and keep my commandments.

So if God said this then surely God (since there is not male nor female in God) did not intend for all this cross/crucifix/Roman torture device/deity worship, or so I would assume.. But then again I am not in any way fixed on the Bible's dogma.. Smile... I just think that if one is so inclined that one should really read what was supposedly written and take this word first.. Smile...

I would like to think that there are other ways and there is.. Smile..

That sure sounds wuss-ish for a war go to be saying btw,...And yes,...that is what he was. Yet another interesting avenue to travel down. If you continuously worship a god of war,...what will your civilazations probably be like? ...Ah well....never-mind!

The reason I found being a Solitary Kitchen Witch so appealing, I can do good and not feel like I have to be a part of the cultural meanness... Smile

What I was trying to say in this text is that now days ppl worship crosses and pictures and a man that no one really knows as only others have written in his name.. And these same people have given over to to a mean streak that you are talking about.. I think that perhaps you and I are on the same side.. More people have died in the name of Christianity than I care to think about.. Smile...

Even people like me who do not practice the Dogma that is this very thing..

I do like the theory of the War God as it is appropriate it is also good for keeping the masses in check.. Why the Romans's adopted Christianity, so that this same War God could control the masses that had threatened to overwhelm the poly theism that they had at the time.. We can see that this is still happening as it has happened here in our own country fear has put a strangle hold on many things that before were not there...

There are plenty of nice guys in Texas. We're the ones that you ladies pass over when you're reading your 50 e-mails per day from your favorite dating site. We're here, waiting for a reply to the many hundreds of e-mails we send out in vain, lol.

I talked to a girl who was one out of about 100 that actually responded to the e-mails I sent. She claimed she was looking for a nice guy who had his act together. Great. Then she dumped me to date a local guy who worked the night shift at a Sam's club.

Grrrrrr!!!!! You all say you'd like a nice guy, but when the rubber hits the road, that crap's out the window.
