temperature wise, where is your fine line between cool and cold or even warm and hot?

I suffer from SAD (seasonal affective disorder) and I've noted that cold exacerbates the symptoms. I used to live in Vermont. I have relatives in several northeastern states. That being said, though, I still HATE cold! But actually delineating is kind of subjective. In the summer here in Texas, I can take a lot of heat, but I still consider HOT to be anything over 90. My optimum temperature is 80 to 85. But add a high humidity level makes if feel, again subjectively, a lot hotter than the actual temp.
Cold on the other hand... I feel cold quicker if I'm depressed or otherwise stressed, but usually anything under 75 means I go on a sweater search real fast. I like it chilly at night, as I sleep better under heavy covers. The last couple of nights have been in the 40's here, and I only turned on the heat last night. I set it on 70 so it only came on a few times.
Is that an answer? Or am I just rambling endlessly again? LOL

Well, it depends on what I'm doing. I could be out going for a brisk walk (without a jacket or sweater) in 40 degree temps and not be cold. On the other hand, 70 degrees can be quite chilly if I were to sleep without a blanket - but perfect if I'm awake and sitting up reading a newspaper.

I have severe osteo arthritis. I tend to do better in temp from 80-95. When it gets colder and rainy I have lots of joint problems. I love doing water aerobics in the summer at an outdoor pool so 85-95 is good then. I'm a June baby and I always feel better in the heat. Of course, being as old as I am, I should keep better in the cold now!
