Here is a new event. I will try to get to it and see how it is. It is new so may not be that great yet but YOU can make it work by getting it out there to friends in the area.

Starting Sunday, there is a Blues JAM.
New Sunday afternoon Blues Jam, every Sunday at the Old Houston Rd Ice House (4 to 8 pm) on Hwy 1314 at Old Houston Rd, between Hwy 59 and Hwy 242. Bring your instrument & play!
From talking to them it is at the blinking light at the corner of Old Houston Rd and 1314. Green pavilion, large open sports bar. No sign outside

Well today you can drive here and see Guerrero going to a clinic because he's pretty sick at the moment.
Later today you can see him hobble his ass back up three flights of stairs to his apartment.

It looks like it's easier to just get together in a 3some here. I too have trouble finding places to go and not feel like I should be there with a group. I'm by the coast and there is always stuff going on. If you 2 ladies want to just hang out at a central spot - I'm up for a girls night out. I did get something on the rennesance but I think I trashed it. They still have the rock the dock at Kemah, and there are so many Ice Houses around here you could pick one for every Friday of the year - most have live music.
I'm just looking for anywhere to go and someone to go with. I'm bout ready to go to Denny's for the senior meal!!
Course Sunday's are booked with the kids!

Too far for me. I live way north of Houston. Post some good events regardless. Maybe we can liven Tx threads up a bit. I am in another website and their Tx threads are much more fun. I see way more Tx people just no one close to me.
