Shy Girl,
Well I am Sorry to say YOU are going to Take a BEATING on this one here. 
Most men have no clue the difference between Transgender etc etc...
Here is C A, where I live i personally have TWO friends who have gone thru your change in its entirety. Both Rick and Chris are now total females and live Very Happily in life. Rick/Rochele is now even Married!~! Her and her Husband are a GREAT couple and we still see them out and about time to time in out flying community.
Chris / Kristyna is in school and is majoring in Phsycology (sp) and is only 28 and started her transformation in her teens. She is happy and Dated her way through college as a woman still having her Male parts Althoe she had been on her meds and had her breasts done at HS graduation. Her and I talk almost weekly and I just love her to Death!~!~!
So now to your Main question. WOuld someone Date YOU or someone like yourself. There are some real MEN out there who date you as you are. They are ""NOT GAY!!!" There is a GREAT web sight as well for prople who date T G's etc. They all talk about the PIG factor etc.
Most men have Issues with the Appearence, or the lack of "SEX" in the relationship. Dating is just that dating, Yet ask yourself How long will that last with todays "SOCIETY" and exspectations???
