Yeah, for posting this on the internet. The kid obviously doesn't know he's doing anything wrong.

i once worked with a girl whose 5 year old used the c*** word towards someone because the mom's boyfriend calls the mom that all the time. the girl thought it was hilarious.
my point is even if the parent isn't actually doing it, any action like this from a child is a result of his or her immediate environment, and mom or dad are usually to blame.
I don't associate with this person anymore, I will not have that behavior around my child. I feel sorry for the kids.

Along the same line, a friend of mine just flew in from back east and they were going thru the usual prep for takeoff...seats up, trays folded, turn off all electronic equipment, the usual stuff. There was a teenager sitting with his parents who was texting on his cell phone - stewardess of course, asked him nicely to turn it off. He told her, not so nicely, no he wouldn't. She then said they couldn't take off until he did. He told her where she could take off to...mind you, the parents were sitting quietly through this. She then called over a steward to escort him off the plane. The parents then complained about the stewardess embarrassing them and how she was overreacting.
WTF? Everyone on the plane has to wait for their little darling to finish texting before they can take off????? It would've been a cold day in hell before one of my kids had access to a cell phone or any other kind of privilege until they got a grip.

"The parents then complained about the stewardess embarrassing them and how she was overreacting." LOL, wish I had been on that plane hehehehe Would have used this teens own words toward their parents, and then laughed at them, and told them to hurry up and get gone.

This is a result of parents not spanking their children.

truegent - Really? LOL Never spanked my kid, who is now 13, and still doesn't flip the bird. I once jokingly asked her to flip someone off and she just looked at me in horror. Neeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeext! (I just really hate people advocating swinging on kids)

(I just really hate people advocating swinging on kids) Well, depends on the kid too, some might require it, others may not. My parents did it...of course I had it comin' lol.

ya know, everyone has the right to discipline their kids (within reason) as they see fit....however, I know that personally when my mom would yell and put us on time out...my brother and i would laugh. now when my dad looked at us with that....dissapointed look....there was no worse punnishment. he didn't yell, didn't give time outs, and never spanked us. he gave us the look of shame and we felt it. That was more powerfull than anything. I only hope I have a tight relationship with my son when he gets older that would allow for such occurances.

Or, better yet, "You're ass is grass, and I'm the lawn mower" lol. Ya ever notice, it's the folks that ain't got no kids that is always the experts on how other folks kids outter be raised.
The bottom dollar fer any gesture, is what was the person intedin ta say with it.
Socrates invented "flippin the bird" as a means ta intimidate hecklers when he was givin a speech. In modern days, it means "f*ck you"
But even that ain't really what it means. When ya tell someone "f*ck you" it don't really have nothin ta do with having sex, anymore then "p*ss on ya" means ya intend ta urinate on someone.
Odd are good that this kids saw someone do it and has no clue what the adults meant when they did it. Fer him, he is just imitatin adults, which is exactly what kids do.
Nah phooey on that
Listen ta TrueGent
This is a result of parents not spanking their children. Beat that lil sonabeitch senseless, teach the lil mutha-fooker a lesson he won't ferget.
TG's book of tips on child rearin hits the stands in two weeks. $9.95 for paperback, reserve a coupla copies now!!!

The thing that I found ironic, is that that parents never once stepped in to take the damn thing away, but then bitched and moaned when he was escorted off.....makes you wonder what the future is going to be like for that man....
