Now remember my daughter is 4yrs old, as I tell you this story. On Saturday my daughter was playing in her bedroom. She started yelling "daddy" so I ran to see what the problem was. Nothing was wrong, she just wanted to play with me. So I sat down with her and played with flash cards etc.. Well she wanted to play dress-up. I thought okay no big deal lol. She layed me down and started putting lipstick on me, eye shadow. I mean the whole nine yards. I'm just kicking back my eyes are closed. About 25-35 minutes later she yells "okay daddy look" I get up and OMG, my face was an actual rainbow of colors, think of lucky charms or fruit loops LOL... I have like four shades of eye-shaow, who knows how many different lipsticks she had on me. And to top it off I had tons of glitter all over my face. My daughter was laughing so hard. She wanted to go shopping, I told her "let me wash up" she said "no daddy lets go now". At that time there was a knock at the door, my daughter ran to open it, and it's the girl I been once in awhile. She saw me and went stright to the floor in laughter.. It was cute but embarrassing at the same time.

Shopping for a swim suit last year with my 7 yr old son...
He pulled a size 2 bikini bottom off the rack, held it up (in the CROWDED store - big sale) and said in the oh-so quiet way children speak "Wow, mama, this wouldn't even cover half of YOUR BUTT". The other ladies around couldn't help but giggle.

My son has done so many things. He is quite the character.
When he was about 4 he walked up to a perfect stranger and said are you my daddy?
He told an elderly lady "Guess what? My dad's name is grandpa." (He doesn't remember his dad so my dad is his father figure.)
We were doing some shopping and I needed to buy some pads. I muttered to myself, "Wonder where the pads are?" then he takes off running up to the nearest employee and says at the top of his lungs, "My mom needs some pads. Can you tell me where the pads are?"
Calling the number on a business card he found to see if anyone there wanted to take his mom on a hot date.
I could go on and on and on

my son was about four and a half and we were in denny's eating dinner with my sister and her kids. we were at the hugest booth they had which was pretty much in the middle of the restaurant. well, out of nowhere, my child decides to stand up in his seat and yell "take a dump!" at the top of his little lungs. needless to say it hushed the whole restaurant and as everyone there stared at us, my sister laughed so hard she spit coke all the way across the table onto everyone! i about died!

My daughter and grandson were playing with my telephone and must have hit 911. My phone rang, it was the police, of course I was confused-no, I didn't call. They showed up and checked my house like somebody had taken me hostage...and to make it worse, the kids were fighting over a toy-screaming, my grandson had hold of my daughter's hair, she had the toy...the police even got a kick out of it.
The phone was moved higher....

My kids did the same thing Lori.
Fortunatly I went to school with the county sheriff and he came down to the barn and noticed I was still milking so he said that he would watch the milkers while I ran up to the house to find out why the boy called 911.I told him no,I want you to go up to the house and confront my kids,a little scare tactic so it wouldnt happen again.
It worked!

If mine were a little older, i would do that!
And, I bet it happens a lot.
My ex-nephew was just the cutest little thing. When he was 3 he jumped up in the dentist chair and said "my daddy smokes wacky tabacky". The dentist was lost for response.....

I dont have kids but the man I'm currently dating does. He said she embarrased him badly when he took me to meet his kids.
She took one look at me and started screaming:
"YOU WILL PUT HER FIRST"...
she she demanded money ( she is 15) saying his job was to give her money.
( all this happened within 20 minutes)
She then went off and called her mother on her cell phone and told her mother I was being mean and abusive to her and had her mother come to my bf's place and walk in the door to fight me.
The mother was screaming to know my name and screaming at her ex husband to not even dare to put me above her daughter.
He told her to leave before he called the police as she was not invited in, the daughter brought her in without permissson.
After it was all over, he said his daughter was a total emabarrassment to him and exploiting the divorce.
The next week, she demanded he pay for a new car for her for her birthday in August. He declined but her mother bought her a mustang and then demanded he pay half the cost and half the insurance above his child support.
He declined.
Now his daughter will not see him, unless he does exactly what she wants him to do.
can anybody top that?

I'm not typically an advocate of spanking but in this case...
Let's see. Dad lays down rules and enforces them (good for him!) Mom gives in and sets no boundaries, automatically believing anything the daughter says.
And this young woman is messed up because?
She's having an adult sized temper tantrum.... And ignoring them, regardless of age, always seems to work.

My daughter is now 21 ... but once upon a time in K-mart my very loquacious three year old who was absolutely fascinated with words when she learned a new one . She had just learned the correct name for her female anatomy .She sang over and over in a sing songy voice in a very long checkout line" I have a Vagina" People were paying more attention to her then the blue light special.

One of my sons has a small speech problem. He says the letter (s) like the letter (f). Well one day I went threw the drive threw window at the bank as usual. He jumped up and said dad I WANT A SUCKER I WANT A SUCKER. I am not sure who was redder the cashier or me.
My oldest daughter. Six at the time went up to a strange woman in Wal Mart. Asked her if she would be her new mommy.
There is alot of em but I like remembering these the best

Heehee...I'm usually the one doing the embarrassing. Just last week my pre-teen son was shopping with me. It was dark when we left the store and headed across the parking lot to the car. He decided he wanted to race to the car. I said it didn't matter who got there first, "I have the keys...hehe". He made it there first, but I got in the car first...he waited for me to unlock his door. I started laffin and told him to sing "Happy Birthday to Me" and I'd unlock the door. The lil goober sang it pretty loud, laffin the entire time!!!!
Oh....I did unlock the door and let him get in the car!!!
