I am usually finding out about stuff going on throughout the year and want to share it with others and I hope that if you all know of something coming up soon in our state and that you might want to share it too. Maybe it will be a first time fun experience for some of us whom have not yet discovered it.
I have a ton of stuff to share but I will start out by posting this upcoming event....
On July 18th, 19th, and the 20th of this year the Bite of Seattle will be at The Seattle Center (location of the Space Needle). I have been there a few times and personally enjoy the foods, the bands, and the dressing up of interesting people. 
It's something to do and if any of you know of something else going on in a nearby town soon share it. I'll continue to post more events and places as I think of them.

Yup same weekend but now we have choices. the annual Darington Bluegrass Festival is that weekend too.
bluegrass music fun for the whole family
i will be there saturday with equuisdancer, she's coming out from michagan.

Don't forget Gunny's Goldendale Ranch BBQ, Bike In, Camout, and Blues Jam, Labor Day weekend Aug 29,30,31, and Sept 1... no charge, 2 host bands... lots of smoked hog and margaritas... A nice ride to south central Washington, 15 minutes from the Columbia River.... BE THERE

Same weekend as The Bite, Pow Wow and Bluegrass festival
Also going on that same weekend
McChord Air Expo
That's the problem with having such a short season in Washington... everything goes on all at once
