Hey everyone....
I just attended my first get together in Everett with some folks and had to say we had a really good time. Lots of laughter, getting to know each other, making friends! I strongly recommend that you think about arranging something each in your areas, we simply met at a restaurant for dinner, and get to know each other. Maybe someone here, knows someone out there who would be perfect for you. Never know.
And guys from last night.... let's make this a recurring event... different restaurants.. Like that Sushi place our waiter told us about. Sound like fun?

get togethers are a great way to get out of the house and meet some "friends" in a safe enviroment. i will be there in spirt if you go to the sushi place, i don't expect fish to eat bait why would i. jmho ...more italians for me, if you please.....

That was an Italian you heard talking in the background when we were on the phone, Keeno. I tried to talk her into going with us! 
I just realized that AlwaysStriving lives in Everett and GoodCatch in Pt. Townsend. Dang...they should have met up with us, too! That's what I get for making quick decisions on my travel plans. I would have loved for all of us to hang out at Keeno's for a weekend. We could have listenend to his music for days!  Next time I won't tell my family I'm going to Washington until AFTER we've had our own party. hehehehehe
Remember...you're welcome at my place any time you're in California.

I did mention to Striving that I spaced letting him know about it... and I had completely forgotten goodcatch... it would be nice to meet him.

Yeah, that was ~FUN!~ And Pali: The next time I swing down to The Big Valley I'll definately make a run to your place.
Some place air-conditioned 
Great meeting you all. Everyone seemed like they had a great time, and Onmylist certainly had the 'Chocolate Orgasm Face' over her dessert.

That was my first get together also.... and it would be hard to top that dessert.... but I'D LIKE TO TRY.... oops.... I mean it was fantastic getting together with all of you and I agree with Tahoma... let's try to do this again and invite people that we know ...
I'm open to trying sushi... I tend to like everything.... one requirement, please... the dessert menu must have chocolate something something... or else a warning so I can bring some red jelly donuts....

Yep Tahoma, we can plan better next time. But I'm sure you all with have some great get-togethers in between. Dang, I wish I had a family member that was a pilot.
