Hello all,
I've lived in a lot of states and two foreign countries, I'm from Ohio, but this is the only place I could consider home. I think WI is one of America's hidden treasures. We have marvelous cities with everything anyone could want, we have gorgeous hills covered with maple, oak, and other hardwoods that turn brilliant in the fall, we have soft, gentle springs and brilliant summers. In the north we have isolation and peaceful beauty: many pristin lakes, white birch, wolves, even some moose now, Yay. (The price of land up there is, however, outrageous, thanks, Illinois...) To the west, along the river, we have huge rock outcroppings, river boats, sand spits, and again, those mavelous hills. There are the Baraboo bluffs, winding rivers, quaint small towns. Let's hear it for Wisconsin!

Just think, if you don't like the weather in Wisconsin you jsut have to wait 15 minutes. Not to metion I think it has the variety that you cannot find in other states. WE have snow in winter, and occasionally it can get up to 90 degree's. it is especially nice in the Madison area (okay I am a little bias) where you can enjoy sailing and swimming.
There are times where I just go out and cruise the countryside and enjoy the scenery.
THen there is the cheese... never foreget the cheese.

hi ibid, yes wisconsin is home to me. it is a beatiful state and yes even the wolves are traveling southward.
annuals are coming back every year which isn't supposed to happen
wisconsin weather is changing...
