There are huge flakes coming down hard and fast outside now, covering the pinetrees, making it beautiful. The stillness, the quiet, the new snow, it's like a postcard. 
Still...I wouldn't be crushed if we got just a smidge less winter. I'm so ready for spring.

that last snow storm down there was a dandy,i notice the change in the amount of snowmobilers that are coming up from the south,you have your own snow now.

well this snowstorm that is coming in valentines day is too be bad . I am not going to work . will there ok . BUT , will have to come home anyways . we are to get 10 inches .

gman 6-to 10 . where did you hear that low of snow total . I heard it was to take same track as last storm . we could get 8 to 12+ out of this storm .

Ripon got 10.1" from the last storm, & today we got .2" of ice followed by 5" of snow. Snow depth is now 30".

Apparently, the low pressure system that was supposed to leave up to a foot on Milwaukee moved slightly; all we got was rain/snow mix -mostly rain; so nothing new to shovel...but now the city is a freakin' skating rink!
