I told you guys so . this is january . obma will not save us . jobs are being lost 6,000 jobs lost under omoba . the dow is at 8,018 now , it will drop to around 5,000 . let's what june brings .

Catman, most companies have a 90 day probationary period for new employees. How about giving our new prez the same courtesy? The man was left with a mess to clean up.
And if you truly are familiar with the dow & nasdaq, it's common for both to start a new week low unless there's been big news over the weekend . . . & I doubt the SAG awards are going to have any affect on the market! LoL
Psssst, catman, btw, people have been losing jobs since last summer . . . where've you been hiding?

I am one of those who lost his job at goodwill , because the econimy . goodwill blamed me for the low sales in june . all this mess happen way back then ? I been out of work . BUT , instead of trying to get unemployment . I been working the temps . I heard " if you thaught welfare was bad before . look out MORE people will get on welfare and stay there . it is because of the econimy 90% will refuse to work even if times get better . "

Which one will ever get it right?? That remains to be seen. But to condemn a person who's just gotten into office & place years of trouble in this country on that person is not right.
Catman, all employers are required to keep records of employees & their performance, and legally they have to provide reasoning for laying off / firing someone.
And yes, this bad economy has been in the works for a long time catman. Where were you hiding??

Are you serious man,Obama only been in office for alittle over 2 weeks,he inherit alot of this crap from Bush.The Dow has been going down for over a year now.Them big insurance companies that got bailout the first time under GWB was spending tax payers money on trips,new offices,big bonus's.Now Obama has put a cap on ceo's that get bailout 500,000.atleist he's trying...

ANY ONE WHO RECEIVES SSI , SSDI , SOCAIL SECURITY , VENTRENS PAY OR ANY OTHER DISIBLITY WILL RECEIVE A ONE TIME CHECK OF $250 . IN JUNE . NO ONE else . gas will be raised to $6 by summer . NOW , obama wants to add $.10 to the gas . the dow has lost 1,000 points already since his swearing in . OBAMA says we will be out of the receesion by next summer . I don't think so . try 2012
