One of the reasons I like to stay in Wisconsin is the CHEESE! People who live outside of Wisconsin have relaly no clue what good cheese is, nor have they even heard of cheese curds.
You really don't know cheese unless you have tried a 5 year chedder. mmmmm

Five-year cheddar? No way, gotta be at least 8 years! I got some at the Farmer's Market in Madison last year, and my daughter - 5 at the time - couldn't get enough! I'm so happy she has such good taste.... ;)

Fresh cheese curds still warm are a new one for me, and interesting. Now I know why they are called squeeky cheese. lol. But even though I like eating cheese, Im standing my ground and refusing to wear it! Im no cheesehead.
