I recently met this woman online and we saw each other twice and made love both times, then a month after we first she told me she was pregnant. Is it possible for that to happen, oh by the way, shes 41. Not only that my roommate says its not possible and lectures me about it. I asked this woman when the due date was and she said Jan but roommate says it couldnt have been that late of a date. Now she wants to see me and spend the weekend with me. Everyone that I have talked to thinks this sounds a bit suspicious that she was pregnant that fast and not only that but she had a miscarriage. I just want to know what others think about this. Thank you.

Well, I am going to say something here that you may not like.....my daughter is 18 months old. I got pregnant with her 2 weeks after I started dating a guy, it was our 2nd time making love. He was 36 at the time and I was 23.
Pregnancy does happen the first or 2nd time you make love, and pregnancy in women in thier 40's is becoming the norm now adays.
But here is the next thing, did you use protection? Does the due date come within 3-5 days, 9 months after the love making? Are either one of you sterile or were lead to believe so?
Would you be willing to take her somewhere to get a documented pregnacy test done, like to a Planned Parenthood and dish out the $35 to find out if she really is or not. You could also, if needed and if it comes up negitive, ask her to have an exam done to see if she had a miscarrige. But if the test comes up positive and the doctor can not feel the fetus in the womb, she may have had one. When you have a miscarrige you test positive for pregnancy up to 3 months after the event.
If she doesn't want to do that, then I would say she is not, and just trying to keep you around.
I know some of this you really didn't want to hear but you asked for opinions. I hope some of that cleared some thoughts or gave you new ones in the positive direction.

Thank you Kitty for replying to this. Maybe I think that we should just be better off as friends, I feel like there is no one out there for me at all, I feel I keep on trying and I never will find that one special love
