From the High Lonesome Plains of Wyoming....
Beautiful day this Christmas Eve....Up in the 50,s after last weeks below zero temps.....Good for Santa too I think....
Playing some bluegrass this morning with my friends....Blues later today......light rock tonight......it's not easy, but someone has to do it.

Christmas Eve was my birthday, what a wonderful day it was. Also nice in Laramie. Back to work today, it's suppose to snow.

Happy Birthday Angel! Hope you had a nice time....Kinda tough break there having a birthday on Christmas Eve in a way, although I suppose there are some benefits too....
So far this week I have not been to the store except to do a little paper work. I have not taken a day off in years, and decided I needed to do something different for a few days. Nothing exciting but just stuff I have been meaning to do for a while. I am also in the process of buying a building so I can move my store and my home into one place. So it is kinda exciting around here as the adventure moves forward...Should be real nice , but I am not looking forward to the actual move....
I hope you have a Happy New Year..  ..be careful....  it's the night of the Rookies!

Hi Tunes,
Just wanted to check in. I am a fiddle player from over north of Lusk.
I play pretty often around but mostly go east into Nebraska. Lot of musicians over there. we have about 8 inches of snow and 12 degrees for a high today. Heard it was worse up your direction. Hope you are doing OK. Have a good one.

Hey Man! Sorry It took me a while to reply! I didn't see your note until this evening.
Fiddle player huh? Cool! Wish there was one up here that was available. I am working on some stuff, and would love to have a fiddle in the band.
Stop by the store if you ever get up this a way....right off the I25 exit on Center Street....south towards the mountain until you cross first street, and I am on the right between 1st and second. Platte River Music Company.....looking forward to meeting ya sometime.

Hi Kim, I usually go to Crawford once a month for the jam session at the eagles club there. Have also played in Alliance, and Harrison. Have not been to Scottsbluff cause I don't know of any jam sessions there and it is farther away for me. Will be next in Crawford I think the 18th and 19th both this month. Have a nice day.

Hi Dave. Nice to kind of meet you......haha. Might have to check my work schedule for those dates and maybe make it up north. I know they used to have a jam session at the Eagles here from time to time, but I am not sure about them anymore. Where have you played in Alliance? I am more familiar with Alliance than I am Crawford ( not that Crawford is all that big). Well, till next time........Kim

Hi Kim, I played at the VFW club there at Alliance out on the edge of town a couple of times but it is a long trip for me there, about a 3 hour drive one way so I don't get there often. I think they jam there on the first sunday of each month.
