I think I understand em both...and it all comes down to wanting to be affirmed, accepted, acknowledged, and valued. We all have baggage--teenagers do too--so to look past what has happened and look forward to what is happeneing.
Men report information, women rapport it.
Men work on one detail at a time; women configure them all at once.
Men are simple yet deep; women are deep and never simple.
Men are steriotyped as strong; women want thier rights protected= we both get the short end of the stick on this one.
Men and women both carry old hurts and Basically we both want a partner we can trust to stand up for us...

If males/females actually "understood" each other, there would be no need for sites like these-we'd all just match up with whomever we were compatible with, and the relationships would last forever.
Maybe the problem is that we don't understand our own selves?
