Just a few hours ago I was driving down a crowded freeway during rush hour trying to drop of my time card for the week and I heard a pop like something had hit my car. Some M-F'r hit my windshield with a rock and I didn't notice the crack creeping across my windshield until 1/2 hour later.
As Yoda would say: Pissed off, I am 
The windshield costed me $500.00+ to replace in the mid 1990's. If the crack gets longer there's no telling what I'm going to be paying these days to replace it.

Oh wow "Always", so so sorry to hear that happened! Glad your alright though.
What about your car insurance, unless the $ goes towards your deductible. That's an owy.

Thats to bad Always,check your insurance policy,many like the one I have dont take any deductible on windshield replacement.Because of the hazard of a broken windshield they will replace it at no cost to yourself.

My secretary. She's moody, immature and spoiled. Other than that, she's very helpful... I just don't like having to deal with "attitude".

Nothing sucked today for me,it was a great day,my brother finally paid me for the last four months of work helping him and included a $200 bonus.  Anybody wanna join me for supper at Red Lobster? I is a buyin'.

My whole week has sucked...I had 2 guys walk off the job...( they wanted to work with me and I sent them to another house) left me with 2 houses to do myself...I usually only do one at a time...and on the big house the paint store gave me a flat finish paint instead of the satin I was using so I have to respray tomorrow...And I had a big date to go on......which I now have to reschedule....Pitts!

I prefer to dwell on the positive....it's Friday, no work tomorrow, the Tigers start the World Series, and I'm posting with my peeps on MD.

there was a huge dead "king" salmon stuck upriver from my place, damn did it foul the air. i had to get it loose with a tree limb. now i smell like redwood from sanding on the table, that is much better, well for me it is, i might wash it off later....

Clearing out my storage room only to find out that after having shoved a shitload of junk out of it, I'm left with twice as much. I'm so attached to old things...it's awful. I wonder if there's a treatment for that

my arthritis is killing me ...vicodin just ain't doing the job any more 
on the flip side ..my kids wereon their best behavior and a huge help knowing daddy was not getting around very well today and notre dame won a great game
