What Do You Do When You're Feeling Blue?

 Just me again... 
When you're feeling Blue or just a little sad, what do you do to help you not feel that way?
When I'm in one of those moods, sometimes I will go out for a long walk.. I'll listen to the silence around me and sometimes to the chirping of birds and sometimes I just get lost in happy thoughts. Watching and listening to everything that nature has out there. Nature has always seemed to comfort me the best.
There are times when I just feel like writing, since people say it helps to write when you're upset. I'll rant away in my journal or I will write some poetry. Poetry soothes the soul.
I sometimes go to my favorite park and just sit on the pinic table and watch the kids play. Watching and listening to them as they laugh and run around free as the birds.
Sometimes I don't feel like doing anything and I will just sit in front of the tv or I will surf the internet. I'll keep myself busy by playing online games or come to the forums and read and post on the forums.. Whether I talk about what's bothering me or not it still does me a world of good. 
Then there's times when I just want to break down and cry.  Crying is good, I know but when it becomes too much, it really gives me a headache. I hate it when I think too much, especially when I'm feeling a little blue, because that doesn't help me too much. There's times when I just don't feel like talking to anyone either...even though I should, but I don't.
These are just some of the things that I do to try and take my mind off the things that make me Blue...
My Question is: What do you when your feeling Blue?

when i am feeling blue I put on uplfting music ............. and belly dance 
Makes me feel like a Godess ... and uplifted ....

I get out the cook books and look through them until something jumps out at me. Then I go to the grocery store for the required ingredients. I spend the day cooking a meal I usually don't even eat. Usually I deliver to the food to the bar up the street from me. My friends appreciate my "blue moods" but they don't let me get too blue too often. They've decided it's too fattening for them. lol

i listen to music.. country, or head for the casino and the penny slots.. or walmart.. I dont take that much to the casino but the last 2 trips were good.. ( 1200.00 off a 20.00) the walmart trips usualy i buy food.. and read labels lol Sweet N Louisiana

Get in my car and drive. Often I'll take a book with me and just drive to the local park and sit in my car in the sunshine a read...or nap. Mmmmm a nap in the sunshine is lovely.

But when I`m really feeling Blue I come in here just to annoy others with my silly threads...its amazing how many of the post that would annoy others just makes me laugh...even if they go off topic...
