I'm a lefty. The only one in my family.
Good in math (up to Calculus). I tend to be analytical and logical.
I remember my Mom and Dad (both are righty's) giving up on teaching me to tie my shoe laces and having one of their friends (a lefty) teach me how.
What I can't figure out is why I can only throw frisbee with my right hand.

I'm right handed, but ambidextrous. I can play pool with either, but if I write with my left, you have to turn the page over to read it.

My son the lefty is very good in math. Bats left and right (but started right), throws left, golfs right, kicks left. He uses a right mouse though. Do they make them for lefties?
Only thing he has trouble with is copying something that the teacher starts on the left side of the page because his hand is over it. Peole thing its cute when we go out to dinner and have to do the elbow check before choosing our seat.

righty and a lefty.. my twin sis bowled on league with me and when she would release the ball, she kept smacking her ankle.. I finally told her to try left handed.. shouldn't have done that tho, now she creams me at the bowling alley..  she plays all sports left handed, everything else is righty.. and as far as math goes.. both of us suck at it...

Left for writing (my mom is a lefty)
Right handed for everything else.
I was one of those little freaks who LOVED math! But I don't have a creative bone in my body. Wonder what that means?

Everyone in my house is a righty except for my son and OMG is it hard to teach him to write.. He is only 3 so I guess he will have lots of practice eh?

Not to worry. He will figure it out. One thing that gets a little annoying, when writing left-handed is, the ink and pencil lead smear what you have written. You have to figure out how to raise your hand, or maneuver it around the text.
I made messes of some of my school papers. I can write in very slanted backhand, or in forehand. Haven't bothered with backhand in years. It's difficult to read. My style, anyway.
