I received a threatening email last night from someone who deleted his account as soon as he sent it, not even giving me the chance to laugh at his testosterone levels or reply.  I mean, come on geezer, at least have the courage to wait for a reply before deleting your account next time!! What is it that people say? Big gun little penis? 
How many people here, apart from me, receive threatening emails from other members? And how does it affect you? Do you just laugh it off as a jerk playing with his big guns and little penis, or do you actually become concerned and consider it a "real" threat?

I`ve never received any..I`d ignore them though..let them have their fun if thats the only way they can get it. Cheap Thrills..

China...sorry you got a nasty email. But....this shows me that they are jealous of you! You know how to be funny, charming, sweet and you are handsome and educated.
I think it's cowardly to send you such an email and then cancel. No character at all.
Laugh it off and take it as a compliment knowing you are on top of every woman's list!
I never got one......hope I never will!

I've got a couple I like to call their bluff on it, and everytime I do I don't get a response so makes it even more fun I couldn't even reply Viper, he cancelled his profile! But hell yeah I was gonna call his bluff.... just to see if his balls are as big as his guns. 
Becky and Tink, you're both right, they're cowards and pathetic little boys, hiding behind cheap words and pantyhose (probably).

Funny, I usually get them from the 'professed' religious lot!!!
It is so amusing to see them being the nice ones here and in the back ground being so darn mean.
Some of us have shown one hell of a lot of patience!  Regardless,
You aren't going to please everyone no matter how you try. Just learn to see peoples faults and charms and get use to them.

I am just a little bit concerned about the behind the scenes emails that are the result of what anyone posts.. Annie's post in the "bye bye" thread surprised me, as I had no clue that the behind the scenes emailing here was as bad as she described.. some people are just

I don`t email anyone here any more unless its in response to a blog..most of those are ok though..I delete any that aren`t. But I never get anything nasty or otherwise..woohooo

I am just a little bit concerned about the behind the scenes emails that are the result of what anyone posts.. Annie's post in the "bye bye" thread surprised me, as I had no clue that the behind the scenes emailing here was as bad as she described.. I was surprised by this too... and to be honest I'm not sure it's as bad as it may appear. I have never received, or sent, an email soliciting help in trying to get rid of another poster.

There was all kinds of troll posting going on last night. It was W/D...again. He got canceled...again.
I haven't gotten threatening emails, but I have been getting daily fake profile emails, and they are making it difficult to filter out the nice guy emails. I report them all to MD. They are usually forum post related, timing-wise. They sometimes use words that I have used in a post. For instance, I got several with, "Hello Dear". It started right after I had expressed disgust that someone felt it was okay to call me "dear". Whoever read the post seemed to take it and run with it. Maybe it was coincidence, but it happens often. I do think it is a forum troll (my situation).

Get over yourself! I suppose it is okay to publicize someone's private email and even go so far as to create a thread to do so. Since you keep bringing this up, why don't you create a new thread of your own? If I have been included in your last post, please exclude me, as I have NEVER threatened you. I guess that means there were others.

Oh you mean the nasty email i received and posted in a thread. Good hey. People stopped sending me horrid emails for a while after that.
It worked a charm as intended.
You know something, it was because i am a Buddhist that i received the hate mail at that time. And at that time i never insulted or hurt anyone at all for any reason or for any comment. Just the normal and proper debating. These days though i grew to learn to do things your way and others here.
I thought it was your proper way to communicate.
Alas, I still have boundaries and do not cross certain lines. Thank my buddhist calm

I've gotten two in the year that I've been here. One was a note to let me know that myself and the rest of you infidels would die soon. The other game from a former member who was a "male supermodel" just trying to cope with the fact that all the worlds women wanted to sleep with him and not one cared about his mind.

That infidel email was pretty freaky, Sponge. Didn't it have to do with a comment you made about that muslim cartoon? I don't recall the details.
I've only had one member truly frighten me. He never sent me threatening emails, but he stalked me in the forums, and he told me he had copied all of one of the other member's posts and given them to a friend of his in law enforcement. Pretty nutso!!!

I've never gotten any threatening emails but I have gotten 2 insulting ones. I replied to both of them in the best Irish temper fit that I possess with a few sailor words thrown in for good measure! Never heard from them again
