tonight we go christmas caroling with a group. we had soo much fun last year...
even thou i sing like a frog, i still enjoy the time out...ok, maybe THIS year i won't hog the schnapps....

Like Red said, what fun! I have only done that once, I think I was in the 5th grade. One of the mothers took her accordian (of all things) and we went all over town. Of course you can do that when the town isn't any bigger than a postage stamp!

yeah... I can't carry a tune either, but love to sing.
When in the office and I hear a song on the radio I like, I sing as loud as I can...usually the dog's chime in...that means they like it...right?

we had a great time...last year i fell down a city sewer hole...this year my daughter fell ....BIG time, on the icy roads. she's ok, but gonna be bruise... 
we don't go to the nursing home..i guess there are regulations about noise of this sort...lol, but we do go caroling in a neighborhood with elderly people...they come out and sing with us...and thank us, soooo much. one couple last year stood and hugged and the lady had tears...(the couple were in the late 80's)
to me, that makes it all worth it...

Sounds like fun! Most of my youth I spent each christmas season singing at the nursing homes and elderly centers it was a blast and made the residents so happy! I miss those days

I can't sing...but I saw a commercial where this family went around giving out Hallmark MUSICAL Christmas cards....they couldn't sing either but still wanted to participate
