i am over 50 and if you think i am an old geezer, think again-  i guess this is all i will post because i can really get in a fit over these people that know what "old" people "are"- hell, they dont even have a clue-

Whoa, man, step on the brakes! I never said I would not miss him. I certainly will and I even predicted that he will eventually return. In fact, I find it frustrating that we lose a relatively decent fellow like Jankia and yet have to endure a lout like 8knots/12knots who poisons every thread that he participates in.  I too wish Jankia well and hope that his sabbatical will improve his spirits.

i kinda like 8knots- and he wasnt even on this thread so how can he poison it!!!!  someone else had the joy of doing that for us and i wont mention a name!!!!  you know who you are!!!!!!!

Reread the post. I specified "every thread that he participates in." Since he has not yet participated in this thread, he has not yet poisoned it (though I suspect that is just a matter of time.) If you need examples, however, just check the locked threads in the Politics & Current Events forum. Nearly all were locked because 8knots/12knots started an argument and drove it past the point of reason. 
Incidentally, the popular and much-missed Jankia was not too fond of 12knots either.
