We've got sn*w on all the mountains around here...but not here in the valley, anymore ("valley" sounds SO much better than DIRT  )

There was a huge snow storm last week here in WI (knocked power out and everything) got about 8" but this weekend it was just an inch or two on the ground and today is starting to turn into messy puddles from all the rain we've had the last day or two. I am glad to not have alot of snow I hope it stays this way!

There's still some snow here, especially where the shovels and plows were busy. The ski resort has been open since before Thanksgiving. It's beautiful, sunny, and COLD!

Ya want snow????? Denver, Alb'q & TX is the place to go if you can get there!
It's snowing all around us, but GJ is in the "valley" as SunBabe says... such a better way of putting it than "dirt".
GJ traditionally gets our first snowfall on New Year's Eve and it didn't happen.
Snow = water. Water is a good thing. And when it's white, it's beautiful.
Global warming has me concerned also. Thank you Denver for collecting our snow and passing it along as water. And to think that they even share it with So. Calif.
btw - I lived in So. Calif. for 25 years and worked for the Water District so I'm allowed to poke fun.

No snow here folks. Houston Texas, never gets snow. I'ts because we are only 38 miles from the ocean, but we get a wet horrible cold, because of major humidity in our air here....Earl

No snow here now. I'm not worried though. Weather has a way of making up for things sometimes, and we're not even close to being too far into winter.
I remember several winters back I was riding my motorcycle in the middle of January it was that warm.
No worries you snow wanters, I'm sure old man winter won't let you down!

I totally agree! Our days of no snow are numbered! Lake Michigan is warm, and when a cold front from up in Canada decides to plow through... Oh we are so much toast!!

Not a whiff of snow here on the coast, but the snow has been falling in the Highlands..so all it will take is a change in the air currents and it will be shovelling snow time again

Here in the Okanagan Valley in British Columbia we've had more snow than I've seen in the 11 years since I moved here....colder too than other years....sometimes it was a question about whether we'd even have snow for Christmas.
