why am/was I so stupid?

Why isnt it so we cant recognise (or rather accept) what is happening right under our very noses in life? Some weird things have been happening to me which have caused me to be all over the place in my head. I accept them as happening now tho (God knows why) cos I realise im an alien, but why cant they let me be. I cant even sleep now for realising where Ive been going wrong and allowing people to walk all over me  . Bye bye! (riadbsc......).

sometimes it's because a person is in denial over it.
Sometimes really nice people try to look at things in an optimistic way, even when it sorta doesn"t feel right.
I think many of us have been there. Learn from it and move on.

I'm in tears  It never occured to me that over the years I've been here on MD that the name "CalamityJane" hadn't already been taken. That should be MY name considering the "What next?" black cloud that follows me like a shadow

Hi Calamity,
Sweetie, we're not angry and frustrated because we're a "giver".
But we become angry and frustrated when we do not get what we
hope for. Then because of the "hurt" it makes us feel "used".
But the truth is... we choose to give or not give. If we give but deep
down expect something in return... and don't get it... then we feel
like an unwritten contract has been broken, like we've been swindled.
But in truth, one must ask themselves, "did they ever agree?"
And even if they did, don't let it rob ur peace, It takes a well balanced person
sometimes to forgive the "woes" of others.
Productivity, and accepting oneself... are the true keys to good sleep.
I heard in a movie once; "Life is 80% maitenance~" lol...ain't that the truth!
Don't stop being a good person because others don't know how to be.
Just accept their woes, tell urself, "Ain't nuttin but a thing"... and lift ur voice
and sing~
You'll be outta that pit in no time!
Chin up and heart out, beats head hung and gut out, any day!
