This is everyones chance to get that one thing they have kept inside off their chest. It may have just happened or it may have happened 20 years ago. Everyone has atleast one thing they regret more than anything in life. That one thing that, if they had to do over again they would change it in an instant. What is your regret? Seeings how I am the one who started this I will add my regret.

I regret that I am waiting until just now to try and do something with my life. Should have started alot earlier ya know?

I regret being a drunk for about 15 years. However, they tell me that I was a lot of fun.

Regret serves exactly no purpose.

If you hadn't done something that you now think you should have, you write it up as experience and make sure you don't make the same mistake again. If you can still do that something and undo the damage, then you go and do it. Either way there's nothing to regret.

Mine's really the same as yours, Taboo...I regret not starting sooner. But, on the other hand, I don't think I had the focus or the drive to do what I needed to do at a younger age. I might have just blown off the real dream, you know? Mine's art school, btw...I wish I could've known then, and not done the literature degree route. It was a copout, in a way...

I wish I had joined the military. I could have used the discipline in my youth.

No regrets, that's a monkey I won't carry. Sure I've made bad choices, but I've also made good ones and have lived a lot of experiences and I LIKE who I am because of all of that.

now if only I HAD used my lotto numbers the week they won.....sigh....

I regret not going to college sooner but as Danae mentioned, we may not have had the focus/drive when we were younger.
While we're at it, I also regret settling for the man I once married. Wow, I did a number of dumb things when I was younger! I greatly value the person I became from these experiences. I wouldn't be who I am today without them. Maybe I don't regret them after all?!
