Going 5 years this March and still counting...  
Met so many good people along the way; best of all I gained a lot of Friends and they are all for keeps!

a few years now and have met 3 people physically, made a few friends along the way and currently have one interest whom I'm hoping to meet soon and all in all, this place is a get away to relax, post your thoughts, support and laughter

I'm relatively new, at about two weeks shy of a year. I have also thoroughly enjoyed my time here, a little too much perhaps  ; have met some wonderful people and made a number of great friends.

I joined MD 4 yrs ago. I got an initial email from a guy who was 26 yrs old!! I matched him up with a friend of mine, they are married and just had their 2nd child. I left my profile up but didn't have much to do with MD until this past fall. Now I've met some great folks and love the forums!!

Active on the forums - November '05. I have no recollection of ever even signing up for the site (not unusual for me). Then in 11/05, I got a 'you've got a message email' and checked it out, and it was a guy a few states over. I didn't reply but I did start browsing and found the forums...I've been addicted ever since, but I think there are much worse things! Now that I've actually met some of the forum folks, it's even better!
