By conservative estimates, 50% of South Korean women in their 20s have had some form of cosmetic surgery. And in a recent poll, 70% of men said they would also consider surgical improvements.

Hell yes I would Have tummy tuck,breast reduction,liposuction on thighs, and a face lift. But it is way too expensive.

Tehran has so many rich people and they are very obsessed with appearance and ...well Iranians do have large noses ...
The women have all sorts of other things too ....

I had some but mine was reconstructive plastic surgery due to a car accident, they made some changes due to a shattered mandible, changed my nose. Was a decade ago and I forget I even had it.
Didnt hurt as I recall. Maybe I was just really drugged as to why I felt no real pain with it.

Then thank God I got my mother's looks.
On thread...I can't imagine any cosmetic surgery. God made me in his image, so who am I to change God's work.
I take that back. I would get lasic eye surgery which is considered cosmetic. Especially if my finances ever permitted me to take up SCUBA diving.

If I had the extra money, Ubetcha!!!! Tummy tuck, breast lift, liposuction. So far I don't need anything on my face. I have good, youthful looking genes in that respect. Everybody thinks I'm younger then I am.

If I had some sort of disfigurement I certainly would. A missing ear or some scar....yep, I would get it "fixed".
Just for beauty's sake? Maybe when I am fifty and it just happens my boobs hang to my knees.....um..yeah I probably would get a lil lift.
I figure by the time I need some "work" it'll be cheap and everyone will have had something done anyway....I don't want to end up being called a natural!

Don't need any... I am the best I can be... a little too fat.... exercise and diet.... but everything else stays... this is me... I like me.... I do not need to impress anyone... and I do not need to.... those that know me realize I do not need to create an image for myself.... my heart speaks volumes that no physical beauty could ever define.
That being said.... I would try (almost) anything for my thinning hair.... lol. But surgery.... nope! lol

I've thought about it, and even went for a consultation, but between the money and the expected 'down time', nope, no way. I can find a lot more fun ways to fritter money away...and I HATE pain.
One of my friends had breast reduction surgery and still thinks it's the best investment she ever made - no more backaches, but I think she's still a D+, even after the surgery.
