Snow....temperature is dropping  24 degrees now.....and more snow to come till Monday.......  it's going to be a cold one......

I hope everyone has a very safe Holiday and safety first in driving..  ......I don't understand while the parents of little one's tell them it is ok to play on the streets......  Car's are slipping and sliding around and don't have control......little one's can't be seen and if they slip....... it could be traggic...........I seen this and told the kids to play where the school was fenced in and not on the street.......with black ice and snow on top.........  It is just wrong........  ..
If you don't have to go out then don't.........in the crazy weather......

Down near 20 degrees outside with snow and ice on the ground... major winter storm heading our way tomorrow late in the day. Guess I won't be driving up to my Pop's house for dinner tomorrow night...

baby its cold outside, LOVE THAT SONG. so sexy and well any how.
we had a winter storm watch here all day but got nothing much for snow. But it was so cold that i lost my hydrochloric on my car. Not a fun thing to find out going 80 down the highway and needing to shift down gear and cant cause the stick shift wouldn't release, coming up and an accident with cops and firetrucks and the whole nine yards. nope not fun. $300 smackers right before Christmas, now that f***ing sucks. Well damn it. i will walk this last few weeks to work and take the bus to go shopping. My boys are getting their gifts, they so deserve em.
Except for that Rome of mine, little butthead, but he is so cute so what the hell.

actually I would like to give some of ours away lol. Here in Cheney WA we got 24" of snow in 24 hours. It's going to snow more tomorrow and sunday too. NOOOOOOO!!! Lol other than that how's everyone doing?

In the 70s today with clouds, but cold and icky on its way for the next few days. I plan to just hibernate in my warm bed until Tuesday when I need to get to the bank and bookstore and grocery store. Need to have enough books and food to get me through the holidays, ya know? 
Edited to add: Awwwwwwwwwwwwww Burns that sucks big time! If ya need help, just holler. And I bet those kids of yours pretty much get whatever it is in your power to find for them, don't they? Lucky kids, to have a dad like you!

This morning I had to run the car for a 1/2 hour with the defrost on high to get the inch thick ice off the windshield.

LB I don't qualify as a sugar mama and I'm not in the Bahamas, but in Texas. However I do have a spare bedroom if you need it for a few weeks to escape the cold!

After the foot of snow we had yesterday that netted me 4 porkchops,pork steaks and sausage plus a dozen Christmas cookies for plowing snow,its not looking to bad for the belly in the future. 
More snow is forecasted nearly every day until Christmas.

Talked to my brother earlier this a.m.--he's up in Minnesota. He was telling me about all the snow they would be getting around Christmas and I mentioned I may never be able to move back up there. He told me he never thought I would! LOL But all my family is up there and I do miss them, esp. this time of year. If I was retired, I could just hibernate all winter and not go out if I didn't want to!

Ice, Ice and more Ice.  They said on TV that 32% of the community (98,000 people) is without power, so I'm counting myself lucky that I have heat and electricity!!! As long as one doesn't have anyplace to go and you're not looking at trees that have lost limbs, it is a pretty sight!
