Actually feels warmer now. How strange. Just looked it up. In the forties here but the humidity went down a wee bit more. So feels warmer.

We've been having nights in the low 20's/teens for a few weeks -- but it's been in the 50's every day!  (At least for part of the day). We've been taking advantage of the decent weather to work on my yard, but I think our luck may have run out: the ground and standing water never thawed today ~sigh~

I just read my last post...  People that don't know last year was my LAST winter in really COLD Indiana will wonder... Is THAT woman NUTS? Well DUH!
Currently here in Tampa, its 65, kinda gloomy looking. We are going to finish painting the front room then go out and put up MORE lights!

Thanks for bumping up an old thread, I forgot I even started it.......
It is in the high teens, and we have well over a foot of snow on the ground, we have had snow on the ground for a few weeks now.
We got 5-6 in. since 9pm last night, and it is still snowing like crazy, I just got done with some seasonal maintainance on the snowmobile, and headed out on the trail.

The weather here in Barbados today was picture perfect - blue skies with puffy white clouds, the water was amazing and the temperature a comfortable 80F/29C ... thinking of going to the beach tomorrow ...

For the past few days, nights down to freezing or below, the days up to the 50s although today went up to the 60s I think. It's going to warm up for a few days, then get cold again.
Edited for typo. (Dang! I'm making too many of those tonight.)

It is supposed to get to 34 tonight but it has been warming up nicely with the day and sun. Beautiful!

It is 40 now and 58% humidity so feeling the cold more.

18 inches so far, highs in the teens. They refuse to plow and/or satt the roads due to funding issues.
When they ask us to cut down on our driving,( fewer fuel taxes being paid ) and with the cost of diesel fuel, and the salt itself has forced the road commissions to cut back, putting everyone's life at risk.
As I drove home last night, the road was glistening, just a fresh layer of snow on a slick snow packed road.
