I told him if he moved my lawn instead with my lawn mover that I'd give him $25.00. He preferred to try to sell me candy. The problem with your senario is that he was probably trying to raise money for an organization. And as such, he was proably trying to earn a prize and you earn prizes by selling the most items. Either that or the kid was too young to mow lawn or was just plain lazy.

Most of the candy, cookies, popcorn, etc that kids try to sell are overpriced but that's because they are for fund raisers. The school or organization has to pay a nominal fee to get the products, then they up the prices so they can make a profit off them. Don't blame the kids for that.

I love the carmel and lemon ones. They made a kind that had some kind of strawberry filling that were great.

My favorite are the Savannah's. MMMMM peanut butter! I haven't had anyone come to the house yet this year. I don't remember when they take orders here. I do know its different everywhere so the company making them doesn't have to do them all at once.

I don't remember when they take orders here. In Michigan, they usually either sell them in November or January in order to get profits back in time to use them on the girls that earned them.
you wouldn't happen to have any choco cookies, would ya? Check with blueyes101. He was pulling a fresh batch from the oven Sunday afternoon....

I can't imagine how many cookies that'd be, but I can imagine how delicious that would be! The mint ones, oh yeah, DeeeeLish!

Go to Walmart or to Sam's on the weekend during the day. They sell them there during the cookie season. I have three boxes of thin mint ordered but may tell her to bring more if there is less cookie. Budo, I freeze mine too. Dunno why. They rarely last long enough to freeze them. I guess it is to keep them out of sight more than anything else.
