Posts: 8,422 I just got these jewels in yesterday, and I must tell you........its like Ive never heard this music before!! Im using them on my ipod right now, and you actually get BASS......not to mention a much better stereo effect.

I would highly reccomend these to anyone with an ipod, etc.

Mine is the TriPort IE headphones in case anyone wants to look them up on the net.

Yes, they are the best. Saying that, where I used to live the plant closed down and moved to Mexico, after that I refuse to buy from them.

300-500 people lost their jobs.

Theres still no other product that can compare with their patented technology.......so whats the alternative?

Oh yeah, and the instruction book (yes its a book) is only one page of english instructions, and then like 15 different languages.......they apparently have quite a global market as well.

Posts: 15,360 I've had mine for over a year now and a couple of other people in my office splurged too. Mine are the Quiet Comfort 2 though...they really do cancel a lot of the ambient noise, in addition to being great for listening to music, I can put them over my telephone headset when I'm on conference calls and it helps me make out what the 20 people speaking (all at once of course) with a multitude of accents are saying. You know I'd rather be listening to Jesse Cook though.

Lots of companies are doing that, unfortunately! Still better than replacing them with 500 Illegal Aliens that live and work here though!!
