What period of time do you secretly wish you were born in?

Do you wish you were a pirate, or an explorer, a cowboy? Or is there I period in our history that you are drawn too? Maybe wish you were born in a another country. Where does your imagination take you? Would you have packed everything, and everybody to head west in search of gold.....?.Would you have been the first to help colonize the new world?

Sometimes it feels that the time I should have been born in has not come yet. As for where I would love to live, there is something about the UK (ok ok I will admit, I loved every minute that I lived there 10 years ago) that draws me. I would move across the Atlantic in a heartbeat.

Id have loved to have been in my teens in the 60s in England, the clothes, the music every thing about that era appeals to me, every body seemed to have fun, fun and more fun.

The Civil war era...or going out west in a covered wagon. I think thats part of why I love camping so much. Just something about cooking over an open fire...heaven.

Dark Ages, Medieval or the Renaissance, sometime when I can be both chivalrous and carry a sword, if I were in Europe, otherwise Feudal Japan.

Sometimes I wish I had been born in ancient Greece or Rome. Don't think I'd do well in Medieval era as I wouldn't give up my sword.

I was a teenager in the 60s. It was fun (once I moved from home anyway). Lived in California then and wore micro-mini skirts and dresses with the matching undies.

Blu it would have had to have been a mod with all the Mary Quant gear. the miniskirts and the boots, the back eyes and white lips.
