My best part of the day is getting home from work and my worst part is going to work.

(Word of advice here - if you possibly can, find something you really love to do, even if you have to take a pay cut to do it...I did and never regretted it, and the money followed eventually too...)
Best part - waking up, even alone. I don't usually remember my dreams, but I ALWAYS wake up with a big grin... )
Worst part - when the defecation comes into contact with the oscillating ventilator and I'm trying to concentrate in the middle of bedlam.

Best part- getting a phone call or e-mail from my friend; worst part - waiting on someone who is late to show up for her appointment.

I am a morning person. I love to drink my coffee, watching the dawn of a new day coming. The worst? I don't think I have one. I love my job and look forward to going to it.

That's excellent advice. And very true if you can get it. In my experiences though it didn't work that way with the money.. The things I really loved doing didn't ever pay off very well. The things I wasn't all that thrilled about doing, did.
As for the best part of the day, I tend to be somewhat nocturnal regarding creativity.

there was no worst part of the day.
went out with my friends...saw the Chris Rock movie, went to the strip club, went to the mall, went out to eat, got high off our asses and watched Star Wars.
it was the first time I behaved like a "young person" since before Dan and I broke up.
Oh. You meant generally.
The best part of the day...
is at night.
