Fiber One...I can eat as much of it as I want and it doesn't count toward anything 
Other than that, I really like Lucky Charms. But I'm not allowed to eat them anymore

best to avoid most sugary cereals and eat ... some protein and whole meal bread
Turkish breakfast consists of cold meats /cheese/eggs and fresh fruit ,tomatoes honey and breads ............. works for me

Be careful of the stress level if it is effecting your eating habits.
I'm trying hon, I really am, but sometimes it just takes over.....I've got a few pds that I fuel off from....LOL
