I've tried to quit cold turkey and even tried to drink only Diet Dr. Pepper. I have an addiction. If I don't stop, I might end up with diabetes.
BTW I'm totally serious about this. It's an odd problem I know.

Not odd at all. Anything can be an addiction.
Try cutting down on them slowly. If you have four a day, cut down to 3 a day...then next week, down to two. Replace your DP's with water. Soon you will love water as much as your DPs.
It worked for me!

I agree with Mom- even diet plans take getting use to. And once you do, you won't miss it as much. I have had almost no meat in my diet since 1980.

Then all of you need to look at Faygo. With or without sugar too.
Faygo has no sodium in it.
I love pepsi!!!! I try to only allow myself one a day. here lately, I have 2.
That would be 12oz cans.

Hey Warrior.... I used to drink five Dr Peppers a day! I love Dr Pepper so much that I collect Dr Pepper advertising signs from the 60's. BTW, a bit of trivia... there is no period after "Dr"! I wish I had some pictures of my Dr Pepper memorabilia collection to post on here. Oh... I stopped drinking all those Dr Peppers.... I now drink one can for lunch, unless it's some kind of special occasion. They're just too damned expensive now. My main drink of choice now is water that's been filtered using my Brita pitcher!
