EF, poke holes in the sausage so some of the fat goes out. I tend to cut up sausage and heat it til the fat runs out then dry it off and eat it. I also boil sausage then split it and boil some more.
Tahoma, those chips are freekin DElicious!!!
Oops, for lunch I had a few chunks of medium rare beef steak and a few chips. A big cup of coffee with all the fattening crap... The 'devil' made me do it.

OK, I was VERY naughty today....I had a huge brownie "and" a big handful of peanut M&M's.
Bad Mo.....Bad, Bad, Bad Mo.
Just finished doing my penance....710 calories, which translated to 93 minutes on the exercise bike
I still will lift some weights tonight, too.
Chastened Mo

Uh, Mo, it sounds like you do the bad stuff FOR the punishment? Anyone else see that? Come on now, Mo...are you a masochist? Or just an exercise junkie? Hmmm. What I was getting the other day when I binged was that I had victim programs and self sabotage programs in different areas of my body. I cleared those and have not binged since. And it has not been that hard to not binge either.
Becky, my trainer said sweating was good so are you sweating? Then if so, it is good. Do not forget electrolytes, tho. They have EmergenC that is a powder that has lite formula and has msm as well.

OK...yesterday I went shopping for my trip to San Diego. I am so pissed at women's clothing manufactures I could SCREAM!
If the pants fit my thighs, they fell off my arse. If they fit my arse, they were way to tight in the thighs. Then I found a pair that fit perfect, but they were two inches too SHORT. WTF? I think I might need to get my pants tailored

Hmmm, maybe buy men's jeans. They always seem to allow more wiggle room.
I definitely agree you women get mucho ripped off by the fashion industry.

Yeah, I was just messin' with ya, Mo! I do promise you tho, don't spank me. Ya won't like the response. Heh... You would hate my Dr Jekyl/Ms Hyde routine...
EF, I have found that you have to find different styles to fit different body types. I have to wear the waist high ones. The hip huggers look like crap on my body type. My butt is too big. I think they make them for thin people. Once you find the right pants for you, buy them in bulk. You will not regret it if you cannot find them again when you need them. I also buy the stretch jeans. They fit better.

Well I think I did go up a lb or so after the wedding reception last week, but now am down a total of 3 lbs from where I started and this is without exercise. Soon as the toe heals I need to get back to the pool. A few more days I think. I did put on a pair of old shorts today and they are falling off my rear. How can they do that if I have gained wt since last year when I wore them???

Stop counting pounds and calories. Live your life and enjoy it. Whats a pound or two between friends. What ever happened to loving them by the pound?

Sign, it could be you have more muscle and less fat. Muscle masses smaller and is more dense (heavier) than fat.
Silver, I do enjoy my life. Very much so. I want to feel my best and at this time, I do not. So, I am working on feeling better physically.

I had poutine for dinner yesterday. Can we say mega calories? My only solace was that I only ate half the serving.
BTW Mo. I did eat the chcken skin and it was dark meat.

Day 4 of South Beach... no pounds lost yet, but clothes are fitting better. Still being good, munchin on celery and hummus right now. Have salad and chicken in the fridge for lunch. The 4th of July season is almost at a close for us here, the past few weeks have been hell, but have kept me running around the warehouse so I think that has contributed some. It will be nice to get back to my regular job so I'm not so exhausted at the end of the day
