This is kind of embarassing, but funny at the same time...it never fails that when I either click on this thread or wander into the Kitchen Forum something someone says always triggers the fact that I forgot to eat anything today. (Hey, I've told you before that I'm weird ...and I really DO know that it's not healthy to be this way)
Right now Sign's hamburger sounds good ( but I don't have any hamburger...OR a kitchen )
Then again, I hope that Type A blood is a candidate for butter and sugar sandwiches and a chocolate sundae ...and I DO have those ingredients, of course.
We won't discuss that "E" word, though ...besides, exercise wouldn't be smart to do on 0 calories and a pot of caffine.

Well, Sunny, that is because you are channeling your energy (food) from the universe and you are still deciding whether you really want to be on the planet or not. I get that way myself. A is vegetarian. Bread is actually not a good thing and the same with dairy (butter). But if that is all you can choke down (I experience a hard time eating sometimes) then whatever you can deal with making and eating will work. Just ask Spirit to download vibrationally what you need for optimum health for your physicality. (pedal, pedal) I am on the bike typing...smirk... and I set up the thigh sculptor yesterday and used it three times now. I did also use it this am while drinking my protein drink. Got to run to class. Seeyas!

Did I tell you Sunny that chocolate and sugar are actually ok in small amounts for A bloodtype? I think Chocolate is for AB as well. Haven't looked up the others yet.

I wonder if tomatoes work like grapefruit in burning calories? I'm down 10 lbs and the only change I've made is eating more tomatoes. Mainly because a friend at water aerobics brought me a bunch of home grown tomatoes. Whatever it is, I like it!

Sign, O bloodtype... fruits are a wonderful alternative to breads and pasta for type O. Tomatoes are actually a fruit, by the way. Most dark red, blue and purple fruits for O type tend to cause an alkaline instead of acid reaction in your digestive tract. Just do not over do. By the way, stay away from honeydew and cantalope melons. They tend to have molds that you as an O may have sensitivity to. Book also states that you should avoid oranges, tangerines and strawberries because O type tends to turn them too acid. Grapefruit turns alkaline for you but blackberries and coconut products tend to aggravate your digestive process. Limit chocolate and sugar to condiments and avoid corn syrup. Avoid ketchup, pickles and mayonaise because of the vinegar which is too acid for O. Kelp is a metabolic regulator for O and helps with weight loss. Animal protein keeps O lean and trim.

Katy--that's great!! How are you doing that? I don't want to lose so much that my clothes don't fit, cant' afford new ones right now. But wouldn't mind if they were all loose!
Spirit, watch what you say girl about limiting chocolate. Them's fighting words!!! (jk but I love my choc.)
