Mo? Are you volunteering to be my...AHEM...personal trainer? Well, I couldn't guarantee weight loss, but you'd have a smile on your face at the end of every "workout".

The best diet I ever had results with, consisted of...........one cup of coffee in the morning, water and a grapefruit for lunch; and also, whatever you would normally have for dinner, but in smaller portions. I dropped 20 pounds in 5 weeks!! Now if I could just muster up the will power to do it once again!!!!

That's just it, Thange, radical diets will make you lose weight, but most people can never stay on them long.
The best diet is something you can live with the rest of your life. It should be a combination of moderation and healthy choices, but also allow the occasional indulgence. We all fall off the wagon from time to time (especially foodaholics like me...lol), so having built-in forgiveness takes away a lot of the everyday stress and heartache.

EFT is great for helping lose weight, too. If you ever get around to doing it.

O-M-G!....just had a binging episode. But I don't think I did much damage -- an apple, small bowl of bran cereal sprinkled with dark chocolate shavings in non-fat milk, and some cheddar rice cakes.
But I also burned 730 calories on the bike/walking...oh, and lifted weights today, too.

Oh, gee, must be something in the air. I am NOT going to share what I ate but I will turn on music and dance some of my calories off.
