Does it matter if you are "Big-Boneded"?

I think bone density does make a difference.

Pali, try making homemade oatmeal cookies without sugar. Or use as little sugar as possible. Oh, wait. Did you post you don't cook? Look for low sugar oatmeal cookies. I do not know how you feel about maltilol and that. I can't do it. Too much of a whang aftertaste for me. Granola that is not very sweet and has oatmeal may be a good snack for you. I make my own.

Yep....it definitely depends on how tall you are, EF. I'm 5'3", so if I weighed 150 pounds I would never fit into a size 6!!

Oh yes, I cook if there is someone to cook for besides myself. But I do cook pasta for myself, which is why I'm going to try those that you and Mo suggested. I only ate the cookies because well....they were there! LOL I didn't buy them and really do avoid buying sweets, except for my dark chocolate M&Ms.

My shorts are 3-7, I don't wear jeans, but the dress my Mom bought me to wear to my son's wedding is a 13!

OK...I just got back from going out to lunch...I think I did ok

I had a mixed field greens salad, hold the croƻtons, with tomatoes and not even half of the 1 oz container of ranch dressing I had my server bring on the side. Main course was a bison burger...I only ate the pickles and the meat...left the bread on the plate. I think that's the best I've eaten in a while...LOL...that's not saying much, is it

Excellent meal, EF. You had your veggies and a very low-fat burger. If it was a whole wheat bun I would have eaten that, too. But then I'm a huge bread luver....lol.

Good Job!

Chef's salad today, light on the dressing (light Ranch), wolfed down at my desk while I was working...bad, bad, bad.

Now it's dinner time...decisions, decisions. I have half a dozen chicken breasts marinating, but it was one of those 12 hour+, non-stop pressure days and ain't no way I'm standing over a grill tonight. I picked up some canned chili and I have some corn bread so I think that'll be it, along with a salad.

I am going to punish you for that Pali.... dark choco M&Ms I never knew they came that way... Hmmm. Resist...resisit!!!!

I had my protein drink with the coffee blended in, no egg cause I was out of eggs. That means I had NO coffee creamer or honey. It was pretty good.
Lunch was some ground light meat over the pasta with the sauce I made. (I hate ground meat. Too dry. I left most of the meat.)
I went to the colonics place and they said steamed veggies so I had some steamed asparagus a bit ago. So far behaving. I may have some fruit later.

Very healthy, Heaven and Spirit.

Made a fresh strawberry smoothie last night. This morning my whole wheat cereal with non-fat milk. Probably a Lean Cuisine for lunch. I might treat myself and have the Heart-Smart onion soup and Tilapia dinner at Applebees after work. Dessert? Gotta have the choco!!!....lol.

Stay Strong, My Sisters and Brothers!!

Uh, like you are not, Robo? Heh... Dental appt at 9:30 am is why I am up. Well, last night I had a plum, some more asparagus and some of that goat cheese (chevre) and cucumber/tomato sauce/dip with Central Market Organics Soy & Flaxseed tortilla chips for my carbs. Those chips are AWEsome. And healthy. Organic corn, soy grits, ground and whole flax seeds, sunflower oil, seasalt, water, trace of lime.
Breakfast was coffee enhanced protein drink to keep me from consuming mass quantities of powdered, high caloric creamer and that added big shot of honey. I am having fewer calories and more food value. I bought eggs so added an egg to the shake, w/1 1/2 scoops protein, 1/2 frozen banana, soy milk, coffee and liquified activated organic goat yogurt.

Dinner last night was broiled Tilapia with a mango/onion salsa and steamed broccoli with a salad (just a touch of ranch dressing)

Since I've quit smoking, I can taste food much better. I no longer have to drown my food to taste the dressing...that should be a huge help.

Breakfast this morning...not so healthy I had two cups of coffee and right now I'm eating a Bratwurst sausage. I cook them in water so a lot of the fat cooks out, but I'm not pretending this is healthy in any way. My only solace is that it's early, and I have plenty of time to work it off
