got up late again, got my teeth cleaned at the dentist (arg!), went to work, came home, tried to get on my computer to check email when my cat jumped onto the desk knocked my my drink into the keyboard then flipped my ashtray all over the floor with a lit cigarette in it -- which do I get first??? the cigarette off the carpet or the drink from the keyboard! Well..I locked the cat out of the bedroom first then got the cigarette then dried the keyboard. Guess what, the keyboard still works!! Now off the feed the cats and the dog, then to bed to get a few hours sleep. Will wake up in a better mood tomorrow its finally FRIDAY!

its 2 am.. and i am working a double.. our weather is was so bad.. the grave shift person couldnt get here.. im making coffee.. an d fixing to shut this down.. gotta sleep in the am to come back at 230 pm tommorrow err friday..

got off work at 630 am after working that double.. came home slept till 1230 and now dressed and headed in again... tonight after work i WILL sleep.. im not off till a week from today..
yesterday city wide and more we had over 10 inches of rain with no let up.. we had many flooded streets and a huge church steeple downtown at the first methodist church fell on a car at the redlight.. squashed it and the poor man inside has many broken bones but hes alive.. In haughton La a huge pine tree fell on a 94 year old womans home and split the house in half..
and many more bad damages all over.. no fatalities thank god .. and yes GUNN jason i survived .....  Sweet N Louisiana

Hmm lets see... dishes laundry cleaning a bit here and there .. chopping up the tree waste STILL and putting in the now over flowing bins...oh and yeah while I was in my restroom I kept hearing a dripping sound.. so I followed it.. outside to my water heater.. the supply line was leaking.. so I thought yeah not a big deal go buy a new one slap it on.. WRONG!!!!!!! as I was taking the old one off to make sure I was going to get the right one all hell broke loose and well this being an older mobile with Quest piping  yeah what a nightmare not only did I have to replace the flex line supply but the shut off valve and three other parts.. besides getting SOAKED clear thru when the pipe let go and pumped water EVERYWHERE~!!! of COURSE its cold and windy here too so I turned into a Beckysicle  and of course I had to go clear across town in lunch traffic by all the dern road construction to get the part.. butttttttt.. after calling Mac and crying on his shoulder about having to do this and him telling me *its gonna be alright* it is.. not as hard to fix as I thought it was gonna be but dangit it cost a lot for the parts now still doing laundry and have scrubbed my stove done more dishes and am waiting on my sis to come over to use my puter again.. shes supposed to be bringing lunch sure wish she would hurry up im starvin

I have set up 2 single friends of mine for a date tonight. It's not a blind date because they met each other at a party a few weeks ago and seemed to hit it off.
She told me that she liked this friend of mine and wanted to go out with him.
I called him and gave him her number and now they are on their way out to dine at a fine Medditerranean restaurant (my suggestion of course) and they will be watching a movie this evening...... yea for me hooking up 2 of my friends. 
Neither one of them has dated in a while. I hope that things go well.

Aw, how kind, Always!
Had an old friend from high school call me today and we talked a bit. Did a little work on the computer, cleaned some dishes, read some. Went to the dentist and had some MORE impressions made. This is getting old. Made some more appointments. Talked with a couple of friends. Not much today.

Tried in vain to get kids to settle down. All I heard was Halloween this and Halloween that! I finally got their attention when I brought out some small pumpins and we learned how to measure circumference. Then off to PE and when the kids came back, I brought out a large pumpkin and showed the kids how to carve a jack-o-lantern. (We have to write a how-to story next week so will do it on carving a jack-o-lantern.) They finally went home and I spent 2 1/2 hours trying to grade papers. Had to leave a bit after 5 p.m. to get my hair cut. Then grocery store, filled tank with gas and finally got home. Up early tomorrow to head into town to the bank and bookstore.

I actually got up on time today! After work a group of us went to a halloween hay ride. Stood in line for 2 hours just to buy tickets, then stood in line over 2 hours to ride! The ride was only 15 mins long. Then sat down for dinner at 10pm. Now in am stuffed for the week-end, I don't eat on week-ends, would rather sleep than eat.

One of the hard parts of my job is that some days, like today, I have to type up a long report that details just how insanely inhumanely a person can treat their own child (or any child, for that matter). How the #!$! a 7-month-old child ends up with broken legs, broken ribs and a skull fracture and permanent brain damage is just too much for me to even try to understand. People like this make me hope there is an eternal hell.

Owl...that happened here, also..with a couple I know VERY well.
The baby was only 4 weeks old..is now blind and perm braindamaged...and the mother went BACK to her BF!!!! 
We made sure the baby will live out his life with loving people....
