I was just looking through the profiles of some nice ladies who were on line at this time. I looked at 4 profiles and 3 were Scorpios. Is this a couincidink or just the laws of probability gone awry? My last 3 girl friends were all Scorpio. My most passionate and heart felt love were with Scorpios. If you're drawn to a certain zodiac sign what is that sign and what if anything intrigues you most about these people? Are they good for you or like me they take your heart and love to new heights only to have it end abruptly?

I dated a Taurus 7 years ago, and we're still friends. I had a 4 year relationship with a Gemini, and felt extremely close to him. We are also still friends.
But when it comes to looking at profiles, zodiac signs vary all over
So I guess I'm not "attracted" to certain signs. I don't even remember the signs of most men I have dated!

here are the basics... similar signs match up earth and earth, cardinal with cardinal, etc... water and earth is supposed to be a strong nurturing bond, Air and fire extremely intense, but short lived....
Earth signs: Taurus Virgo Capricorn
Earth moves slow. Earth feels solid. You build with the earth, you can hold it
Air Signs: Gemini Libra Aquarius
These signs tend to live in the clouds. Good with abstract concepts, communications, reasoning, intellect, and avoiding prejudice in favour of logic, they can be cold and impractical at times.
Hard to pin down, you know? But admirable in their ability to quickly flow softly.
Water Signs: Cancer Scorpio Pisces
these signs tend to be more in tune with currents - more effected by their environment. Hence, they can be sensitive, intuitive, emotional, feeling and receptive. They can also be self-indulgent, self-pitying and indecisive.
if we were to look at these three signs as the various forms of water, Cancer is liquid, Scorpio is solid, and Pisces is gas. maybe. but some scorpios i have known to be icy, but also quite hot!
Fire Signs Aries Leo Sagittarius
Like their element, these signs are impetuous, agressive, bright, enthusiastic. They can often get carried away, act forceful, and "burn" the people around them. While they are often self-sufficient, they can be extremely demanding people.

Cardinal signs: Aries Cancer Libra Capricorn
These signs tend to be the initiators of the Zodiac. They are active, ambitious, enthusiastic and independent. They are quick.

Mutable signs: Gemini Virgo Sagittarius Pisces

Fixed signs: Taurus Leo Scorpio Aquarius
These signs are more stable and resolute. Slow but sure, as they say. They may take longer to pick up on something, but they are then fixated upon it, and will carry it through. That can lead to stubborness and an inability to change.
* the reason I know this odd mythology, I went out with an astrologer years ago, and I learned this stuff so we could talk about it....

Maybe it's just coincidence, but I'm a Sag, and fit the profile perfectly...however I'm not supposed to be compatible with Cancer or Virgo and they've been my best relationships...

Blue, from what I have heard, and experienced, same signs work well together. You just have to be aware of your own weaknesses, and be ready to pick up the slack for your partner as they should you.

The sun sign is just the start of the analysis - if I remember rightly, where your Mercury is describes how you communicate, Venus rules your sexuality, your rising sign and your moon are powerful influences too (but I don't remember why.
I'm sun sign Sag, with Leo ascending as well as moon...I'm almost pure fire, with my only water sign being my Venus in Scorpio.
And I don't recall any serious astrologer ever saying that there are two signs that are totally incompatible, I've always heard that it's an aid in understanding and relating to your partner, not an attempt to foretell the future of a relationship.

From experience I can say the signs seem pretty dead on... on some things... some things though they miss by a mile. I am indeed a pretty dead on Aquarian, I pride my intellect, and if it has to do with my mind, I am all for it. I am quite logical and very fixed in that once I make up my mind to change it requires a really compelling argument which seldom wins as I am mostly always right... LOL. I am kind hearted and I do not judge at first.
I known some scorpios too and they are driven far more by emotion, and like what grumble said a lot of them are HOT... lol. Scorpios are a passionate sign, they however harbour a stinger. But passion goes two ways doesn't it, it can drive you mad or it can be waiting around the corner with a baseball bat...
... just kidding... I not been hit with a bat nor even gotten close....

Taurus......they are sexy. but I also think 2 people are able to bring the passion out of each other no matter what sign.
and Virgos are not all prim and proper as they are noted for......we have a sexy oassionate side.
