I am thankful...  ....for one of my closest and dearest friends here..  ......she is an excellent writer, mother, friend, daughter, cook..........her expertise in just about anything is quite wonderful............
She is my little Misschoos......we have been friends for well over a year .......she is wonderful.......and she ....has written a few songs now.........and now has a new book with all her poems in it.......for the Joshua Foundation........  an excellent place to help kids........  If anyone is interested in it there is the link or you may catch it in her blogs.......

I am thankful my brother's ailment is improving and he won't have to be hospitalized, thankful my grandson's doctor finally figured out that he has strep throat and also a virus, thankful just to be here! Or anywhere!

I am thankful for my wonderful vet (even though he is retiring at the end of June). He has been so great with my cats for the past 15 years. Right now he is treating CJ. First CJ had ulcers in his mouth and skin allergies, those are much better but now we've found what I thought was an abcess on his leg but turned out to be a tumor. My vet is treating him for this and I hope all turns out well.
I'm also thankful for all the wonderful cats I've had over the years. Some really great personalities!
Last but not least, I am so thankful for my family and all my great friends.

I'm thankful for Mystery being gold....I love her pics and miss posting them!
Wish I could sleep...it's almost 2:30....I slept for 3 hours and now I'm awake....thankful that I have a chance to sleep another 4 if I can

I am thankful for having such a wonderful mechanic ...that has serviced my car for over 25 yrs. 3 weeks ago I had a car accident and smashed all the front of my car in.....the repairs were going to cost between $1000 - $2000........I had no hope of raising that money any time soon.....so figured I would be without a car for a year or so.
Just yesterday I got a phone call from my mechanic who said *I am arranging to get your car picked up and brought to my place........and I will fix it up from there*. I told him I did not want it fixed any time soon........as I may not be able to pay for it for another year. He said....*dont worry about anything......I will have it towed to my place......will pay for it.....pay for all the parts you need.........and will fix it up in 3 - 4 weeks. And you can pay me back a bit at a time when you have the money........even if it takes a year or more. I am happy to help you get your wheels back and be on the road again ASAP*. I was teary and cholked up on hearing that. I didnt know human beings could be so kind.........I was NOT expecting such kindness.......I was in shock on hearing it. He told me he is not worried how long it takes for me to pay him. So now my mechanic of over 20 yrs or more.........has now become a friend........and a very wonderful and kind one at that. He was an angel.........and a miracle.....sent straight from heaven......
AND I AM SO GRATEFUL FOR THAT.

I am thankful for the many blessing that God has given me. Life,nature, family, friends, & the freedom we have to speak our minds. I am thankful to be an American. I have the right to cast my vote, the right to sing outloud, the right to make decisions for myself. I owe it all to the Mighty Man Upstairs.
I am also thankful for the wonderful friend & neighbor of mine that gave me a set of left handed golf clubs(I have been watching garage sales for 2 yrs for some), in trade for a 5 lbs bag of chicken nuggets.(his daughter & my grandaughter r best friends & like eating the nuggets, so I was going to buy a bag for when they were together. He said he didn't have the money for them, I said so what, they're for the kids.) Talk about pay it forward! It was a wonderful surprise! God bless u all, & continue to pay it forward & help others out of the kindness of ur hearts, Amen
