Ok,
yesterday I'm sitting here and hear rustling in the basement. Every time I turned YouTube down...nothing. I heard it several times...then I heard chirp, chirp, chirp-dang bird had come down my chimney and was in my basement.
I'm not scared of them...but they get so freaked!
Then, around 3:30, I turned around-there it sits on my tv! (My poor sister's ears) I opened the patio door...out it went.
Today- I sucked my pant leg into the vacuum cleaner.We  for a bit. I won. HA!

yeah part of it TT .. its just mostly trusting people that hurts the most when your trust is broken... be they male or female

Yep...phone ringing off the hook for about an hour this morning. Finally get up ananswer it. (Why can I NEVER sleep in?  )
3 teenage boys on my deck, calling me on their cel phones. They are bored an hungry. Cripes...no rest for the wicked.

how about this past week here?
last friday broke a tooth, got it fixed on tuesday, 1200 bucks with a crown
took my car in on wednesday, oil change and funny noise, getting fixed today 2000 bucks
yesterday, i was cleaning the porch and kitchen and i could hear my water pump running even though i wasn't using any water, spent 2 hours checking for leaks, the inside of the house is dry, but i had to remove some wood to check behind the entertainment center in the family room, to see if the kitchen plumbing was leaking into the wall. spent the morning digging up the yard looking for leaks....still nothing. but the pump is still cycling every 3 min. luckily i have emergency water on hand, so i can turn the pump off until i get back from my roadtrip to nashville. no telling what it will cost to dig a trench and replace the entire line.
even though it's been a really bad week here i wouldn't trade it for anything. the weather has been so nice, the skies are blue, the river's glistening and wally is asleep on the back porch, laying in the sun. he did come out to inspect the holes i dug.

loreli, the pool table is dry and waiting on you. you would have loved it here last night with the full moon coming up over the mountains. i could see almost all the way to town at midnight when i went out to let wally in.

I just now had a frustrated crying jag. I have been fighting with my furnace for nearly a week trying to get the dang thing going. STILL no heat.  well, cept fer that kind. Candles burning 24/7 in the bathroom so its warm enough to take a shower. Dog and cat in my bed to keep me warm at night. I just KNOW I am going to have to put out big bucks to get it going. Thankfully, its up to 67 degrees in here today. Been so cold, I haven't been able to be on here for any length of time...
