Another decent guess, but I dont think so. First of all this woman is clearly younger than Rosie Perez. And I remember what she used to look like, I don't think it was like that.
Also, I think this women has darker skin that Perez. Perez has deep dimples...this women does not.
Lastly, a close comparison seems that they have different features (and jaw lines) also.
Between plastic surgery, all the hair changes, the makeup and the airbrushing it's so hard to identify female celebrities! 
I'm not convinced about who this is yet. Anyone know for sure?

WOW! Never heard of Cassie, but just looked her up and WOW is she beautiful!!! Good guess but can't quite be sure of the match from my viewpoint.
Still not sure we have a positive ID.
Sorry, but I have no clues, only the picture to go on. Still looking for something a little more positive.

I don't. I'm just looking at pictures of the celebs that people are guessing and drawing my own conclusions.
To me, it doesn't look like any of them are matches so far.
I could be wrong.

Dr there is even a recent reference to rosie perez and her now honey colored locks which jennifer anniston wanted to play with LOL ( rosie has also had some lifts here and there )
