Mayan Prophecy
The earth will not be destroyed Dec 21st 2012
Mayan view this date as a rebirth. The start of the world of the fifth Sun. Going into the 5th dimension. It will be the start of a new era. At sunrise Dec 21st 2012.
Earth will be crossing the galactic equator.Aligning itself with the center of the galaxy for the fist time in 26,000 years. This will make a cosmic cross. This cosmic cross is considered the tree of life. This will open a channel for universal energy to flow through Earth and cleansing it and all who dwell upon it. Rising all to a higher level of vibration. This process has already begun.
We live in a world of polarity. Day and night, Man and woman, Positive and negative, Light and darkness. They are a balance. Right now the dark side is very strong, and very clear about what they want. They have their vision and their priorities clearly held, and also their Hierarchy. They are working in many ways so that we will be unable to connect with the spiral Fifth world. The dark side blocks fusion through materialism and denialthey do not want it to change. They do not want fusion. They want to stay at this level, and are afraid of the next level. The dark power of the declining fourth world cannot be destroyed or over powered. It's to strong and clear forthat, and that is the wrong strategy anyway.
On the light side reunion with one another will make us stronger. The dark can only be transformed through simplity, Sending Love, Open Heartedness and compassion. This is what leads to fusion, a key concept for the world of the Fifth sun.
On earth we have four traditional elements.
Earth, Air, Fire and Water. The fifth Sun brings in a new element. Ether. The dictionary defines ether as the rarefied element of the heavens. It transmits waves of energy in a wide range of fquencies. You'll be able to see waves of energy in the air. Like human auras and spirits. Ethereal is the dimension beyond the earth: The Heavens. Ether, the element of the fifth sun. Within in the context of ether there can be a fusion of the polarities. There will be no more darkness or lightin the people, but an uplifted fusion. But right now the dark side is not interested in this. They are organized to block it.
They seek to unbalance the earth and its environment so we will be unready for the alignment in 2012. We need to work tighter for peace, and balance with the other side. We need to take care of the earth that feeds and shelters us. We need to put our entire Hearts and minds in unity and fusion now, to confront the other side and preserve life.

I've been researching alot on this topic.
Go further back and look at the ancient sumerians. They were the most advanced civilization of the time, having written word, and a grand understanding of the solar system.
On cylander seals, there are depictions of the solar system with all nine planets. Their size comparisons are acurate. And they are shown with the Sun in the CENTER. Even little pluto is there, and european modern astronomy didn't discover Pluto until centuries after the sumarians dissappeared.
Another interesting thing on the sumerians, they mention the Annunaki. ("those whom from heaven to earth did come") From a planet the refered to as nibiru. They were the "enlightened ones". Nibiru supposedly crosses our solar system every 3600 years, causing a Polar shift. Which makes one wonder if that was the "Great Flood" of Noah's time.
It's a HUGE subject. And the sumarians aren't the only ones. Most religions have reference to "Outside forces". And here's a pretty good kicker...the Annunaki Supposedly created man. In a place they called "E Dan." Mind you , the sumarians were around LONG before Biblical stories.
Biggest HOLY CRAP moment.........Nibiru is said to be crossing the solar system in 2012!
Do I believe it...no, but the history of it all intrigues me.

I really like THIS part of all of it We need to work tighter for peace, and balance with the other side. We need to take care of the earth that feeds and shelters us. We need to put our entire Hearts and minds in unity and fusion now 
even if I'm in doubt about the Prophesy itself.

Factor in the visions of the Virgin Mary in Medjugorge. A history of her messages is online, messages she's given, 10 secrets, to five visionaries. The secrets have been confided to a priest, and recorded. Once all of the visionaries have all10 secrets, she will stop appearing. She says once the events in the secrets begin happening, there won't be a lot of time to convert. Not a lot of time to turn to God. And that He loves us and takes care of the faithful, His children.
Does this tie in with the Mayan message of rebirth?  Gives me cause for pause.

The next time I see a Mayan person I'll ask them. . . Wait! the Mayans couldn't even save thier own society with thier "highly evolved sence of enlightenment." I read about the vast inconsistancies between the Mayan calendar and the modern one we use today make it impossible to nail down an exact date, much less a year for such an event to occur. Look at today's date on the calendar for your answer!

for all of recorded time people have prophesied great doom, or great wonders... Never that Tuesday was coming, and would just be another Tuesday...
similar to the "Past Lives" fad... Everyone was a king or queen, never the stable boy, or a scullery maid in obscurity....
People want to hear that something special has an attachment to them, its one of the oldest cons, or scams...
yes, we are special, but it needs to be to yourself, and the loved ones in your life....
don't waste the truly special part of your life on foolishness...

Today's calender came WAY too late to be even referred to. And you can't ignore the fact that bith the Mayans and the Sumerians had knowledge of things long before modern physics and astronomy.

In a short, the Mayan calendar does not chart the end of the world, the end of days or any apocolypse. It charts the evolution of man's steps through universal intelligence. As well the actual date is not Dec.21,2012, it is in fact Oct.28, 2011.

A long video, but truly worth watching as it explains a lot about the evolution of man's conciousness through time. It explains a great deal of other things as well, including the final phase which we are in now, as well as why things that have happened through time.
Watching this, you begin to realize the divine plan and its direction throughout history, why things are beginning to feel so much more stressful in our lives and many other reasons for life itself... it shows exactly what the Mayans were charting.

In light of all this conjecture it's safe to say many of us will be around to see this great event (or non-event) if the bird flu doesn't get us first. Actually I double posted and felt like filling in with something profound. Strike Two.

The Mayans werent the only people that picked that date in time. I have a friend who is a Jehovah Witness tell me they also believe that approximate time by how they study the bible.
I would have to do some research again but I think some old Chinese feller said the same thing...but he wasnt a Jehovah.
