This sounds fun...I'm so there...and I'm bringing blenders for that rum with plenty of tall glasses with ice...and little umbrellas to go in them... 
And don't forget the best part about the islands - everybody gets lei'ed! Whoo hoo!

I'll fly the helicopter over ya'll and drop supplies...then head back to my lil rustic mountain cabin beside the lake...with my lover to cuddle in front of the fireplace...candlelight, soft music and nuttin' but a blanket 'n love to keep us warm. Sigh.........

Problems solved in mere seconds...like the plug in problem! Where we gonna plug in the computers? someone asked......Within thirty seconds any number of you wonderful people had the problem solved.
Idea guys like me, and problem solvers like you.....how can we go wrong?
This is the way it should work! Good show you guys! Just the way I pictured it.....
So many good ideas too...love the grass skirts...fruit.......oh yeah...gettin laeid or what ever the heck that was....putting them flowers around yer neck, right? 
Anyway...I can see it all now....

Solar power and satellite -- works great.
Takes up space, costs money to maintain, and you all said you just wanted a few laptops. So much for utopia.
Within thirty seconds any number of you wonderful people had the problem solved.
Well sorry but the problem is not solved it is rather ignored or played off. But if fantasy is your bag instead of reality help your selves. I prefer to live on the ground. Not under it or over it.

PS don't forget the extensive battery systems and regulators you need for solar to work. It ain't just about panels you know? Or did you?

well our island will have hydro electric power then Im sure it has a few waterfalls and well that will suffice for a generating station... and mayb ea few well placed windmills.. we need power to use the blenders for the drinks yanno
