Ok, so let me tell yall what happened to me on Friday. Lance (my son) and I went to the Kroger in town and in the beer isle is the weather man from WJHL news his name is Rob. Any way, I said hey arent you Rob from the news and he said yes he was, so introduced myself and my son, who promptly stuck out his hand for a greeting, I was so proud. Anyway we stood in the beer isle of Kroger for nearly 15 minutes talking, it was great. I have had a crush on this guy for years, when I had a tv in my bedrrom I used to wake up around 5:30 and listen to him give the weather every 15 minutes I got to hear his voice. I have no idea if he is married or whatever, but just to be that close to him was true heaven for me!!!!

I never thought of the origins of saying "okie dokie" or "okee dokee" so I hope I can look back to this thread later to learn!
